Stairs. Staff weren't present in the morning to drop bags but we managed and sadly didn't get to try the breakfast as we had an early checkout.

The property had amazing views and close walk to restaurants and grocery. Klara was responsive. Restaurant hours not as posted on Booking.com and no one offered to make accommodations for our earlier tour day until after the fact. Bar was closed the entire time we were there. Food quality at breakfast was adequate.

What a gem of a hotel in Lapad. Very clean and comfortable rooms, kind staff, delicious breakfast and the location is superb. We had a budget room that didn’t have a view but we didn’t mind that at all - the patio and the short walk to a beautiful promenade along the sea is where we spent nearly all of our time. We would stay here many times over and highly recommend.

Nice facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Lose to beach and walking area. The entrance was hard to find and looked like a scary passage. Needs better Lighting. Direction to get there were extremely poor! I was panicked trying to find it using the city bus. Not within walking distance the taxi number was rude and hung up.

Good reception, kind staff, the budget room is a bit too dark though, in hindsight I would book the more expensive room

Location Stairs!
-
Great location and views. 60 steps to the hotel. More if you stay on the 2nd or 3rd floors. No elevator, no help with luggage.

The location is amazing. Beautiful view from the terrace of the sea, with lots of areas to swim in the ocean. The location made up for what the room lacked. Approximately 15 minute taxi ride from old town Dubrovnik. The room was TINY with no natural light. The shower drain didn’t work the first day so the bathroom flooded. I felt that the pictures online didn’t accurately represent the room we were given, which was very small and dark (window faced a stone wall). No elevator in the hotel so be prepared to carry your suitcases up A LOT of stairs.

The stairs to get to the hotel and to get to the rooms.

Location and super friendly staff. The kitchen lady is amazing, the desk staff is super nice Stairs! Horrible I know, we were aware of that but still it’s sooooo many stairs especially that our apartment was on the 3 floor so that is 120 stairs each time. The bed is not comfortable at all.

Location Location Location. All the stairs with the suitcases.

Rooms without a balcony were not good. We were in room 101 and it was like a basement - no light as the window was completely covered by a rock and it was very damp and musty. If you stay here I would only stay in an outside room with a balcony.

Staff, location Size of the room, breakfast spread, no lift

The view was truly amazing. The full area was walkable and there was a true sense of privacy. I did not use their laundry service, but I assume it is a good amenity. The breakfast was just enough to start the day so that you do not feel too full. This hotel truly felt like a vacation. Also, I do appreciate the extra comforters that was offered. I went during the beginning of May and the bar was closed. This wasn't a big deal, but for late night's excursions, you had to find another place that can serve you. I wish that was more explicit. Another thing is during breakfast, some of the plates weren't washed well so I was concerned about the cleanliness.

I like very much its so beautiful

Beautiful views

The location and the breakfast is very good And the staff are friendly and cooperative Too many stairs

We felt that the hotel did not truthfully represent the distance from the beach in that it was quite a big decent down to the sea. We found the up/down not what was expected.

The staff, the location, the food, was all wonderful. The place is maintained very clean. Even at airport staff I was told I chose a great spot to stay, and transportation was easy to Old Town. The hotel staff was so very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. It made my trip the best in a series of 5. The beach was so close you could walk from the hotel. So were restaurants, buses, and everything you needed. Breakfast was delicious with variety of choices.I think this place should be on everyone bucket's list. The best views are on the 3rd floor. I don't work out often so found it challenging with the steps.. But once you open your room windows it makes it all worthwhile. If you are in good shape, don't let it stop you. the stairs are doable. Bring rubber sandals to the beach. The pebbles are challenging to walk on.
