Very clean, friendly staff. Great location and able to swim from the property.

Loved the views and the breakfast The elevators. They scared me. The would not always work. Afraid I would get stuck so I refused to take them after the 2nd day. And then we would have to walk (and get lost) ?‍♀️ But the views….

Hotel More was absolutely incredible! The location right on the Adriatic is stunning, and visiting the famous Cave Bar was such a unique and memorable experience. The entire staff was attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our stay, no matter what we needed. Housekeeping was quick and efficient, keeping everything spotless, and both restaurants offered excellent menus with delicious food. We had such a wonderful time that we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

The perfect location. The views from each level of the hotel were spectacular. The staff and Service were very professional. The restaurants were very good and the food was plentiful at breakfast. Some of the rooms were in a different building and we were able to navigate it through different elevators.

The view was amazing, booked one of the best suites with a hot tub, the reception bar, cave bar, pool were all exceptional. Absolutely loved the service provided by the staff

Beds were not very comfortable. Putting two twins together makes even less so

Everything at this hotel is absolutely amazing. The location is impeccable and the views are stunning. The staff is also a wonderful part of the hotel. They were so helpful and accommodating. We will absolutely be back. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else while in Dubrovnik. Literally nothing. Everything was perfect.

Outstanding location and facilities Nothing-everything was great

Very nice property with lots of amenities and great breakfast. The elevator in our building didn't work. We were told it was being fixed - but it stayed broken the entire time of our stay. It was a challenge to lug our luggage up and down all of the stairs (and to get anywhere in the facility). Additionally the shower had great temperature and pressure, but it was pointed out the wrong way without any shower door to block the water so you inevitably flooded the floor.

Staff at restaurant was not customer friendly. Staff at restaurant had an attitude and not customer friendly.

food labels not clear. bartenders and servers not educated. staff rude, especially if you understand the local language as they can’t make snippy comments under their breath in croatian. food poisoning from the more restaurant….staff/management not accommodating or understanding and refused adequate compensation. 2 buildings that are beyond confusing to get around.

Perfect location, loved the restaurants and really enjoyed the cave bar and the water accessibility. Staff was amazing and very friendly.

Amenities interesting but crowded based on ratio of guests to spaces Huge and hard to navigate. Have to get in car elevator for parking garage.

Wonderful location. Great breakfast selection! Hot tub and whirlpool cooler than expected and a little tired. Jets on whirlpool not working.

What a fabulous place! Everything was perfect during our stay. Room, service, ambiance and food in the restaurants, all excellent. Transportation arrangements were on time and reliable.

Layout is confusing. People were lost a lot trying to get where they were going.

Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to the old town. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Dinner scenery in the restaurant and views from our patio can’t be beat. Rooms very clean and staff was professional and helpful. The layout is confusing. I think you can do better!
