This is absolutely not worth the money we paid. The room was extremely dated, the shower was full of fungi and the worst was the gutter smell. I am honestly really confused why this would cost so much money. I have a feeling the hotel is split into renovated and old part and we probably got the old room. Happy it was one night stay only!

It was Nice

The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff as everyone was exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful throughout. I also really enjoyed the meals; both breakfast and dinner were consistently fresh and delicious. The bed wasn't very comfortable, which made getting a good night's sleep a bit tough. Additionally, there was noticeable plumbing noise, a loud sound through the bathroom pipes whenever a neighboring room (likely above) flushed or ran water

The facilities could do with an upgrade, everything was pretty tired and in need of a refurb.

The location of the hotel was fantastic for a family vacation. Also, the view from the balcony was spectacular. The staff was friendly. We had a day trip to Montenegro one day, and they packed some breakfast for us at 6AM. The drainage system in the shower was not good at all. We had to call maintenance, but it was not resolved properly. The breakfast items could be more; they were very basic. We understand in the summer season the price is high, but with 250 euro per night, the breakfast could be more enriched. As the hotel was not that new, the locks of the wooden doors need maintenance as well.

The location was perfect. Quick and easy transportation to old town, but located in its own little cove right on the beach. Uber/taxi service drops you off right at the front door so no dragging your luggage around. The facilities were clean, the grounds were beautiful, the views unmatched. The food was great and the staff was professional and accommodating. Nothing

One front desk guy was not helpful at all.

On the beach, and away from busy old town, enjoy a moment of peace in the lovely garden full of butterflies, private parking and convenient bus to visit the center, we enjoyed the Great food at the restaurant facing the sea, very kind staff made our family of 4 feel most welcome , also as an artist loved that the hotel is filled with “real” art from regional artists , It was lovely

The view was OK, expected to have more of an "ocean view" based on room description. Having to eat gluten free, the breakfast offerings were disappointing. Staff offered to bring GF bread but sadly it was still slightly frozen! Effort was appreciated however. More gluten free offerings for the buffet dinner as well as the breakfast.

The property is in a nice location in the Lapad neighborhood, with water/beach access. Is minutes from the number four a boss that will take you straight to old town Dubrovnik. We had great news. Our balcony staff is exceptional. The rooms were clean and uncomfortable breakfast, buffet had a lot of options. There isn’t an elevator, so guests may have to carry their luggage up several flights of stairs. Similar to what other reviewers have said, the hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh. But that did not affect our stay at all.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Stunning views! Air con was not cool . Granted, heat wave was upon the region, but very hot at night after being in the extreme heat all day. Bus stop at hotel was closed due to dignitaries in town, so had to walk quite a bit. If you are thinking this hotel is close to Old Town, it was not. Feel like I was a little misled from booking.com where it said it was close.

The room was a little small for 2 people to move around in. Since I was alone there was no issue.
-
The room was tiny and I could not use the sink in the bathroom to wash my face when the door was open.
-
Access to the beach and restaurant Hair dryer and power supplied to my plug in items with my adapter. Power was very low for these devices

2 miles from heart of town

breakfast was good and varied but quality could have been improved a little.
-
Beautiful cliff side location overlooking the sea. Breathtaking views! Short walk to restaurants and bars. Great breakfast buffet was included. Beautiful restaurant settings with outdoor seating. Hotel was a bit dated, but still very well maintained. Softer towels would have been a plus! Would have been nice to have beach lounge chairs available to guests for free.

All of the rooms face Lapad Bay and the private beach was incredible. We enjoyed this "vintage" hotel (built in 1978) and all of its charm. The buffet breakfast and dinner were an excellent value as well. While I like older hotels, this one looked like it could use a little more TLC. The carpeting on the stairs was stained and aged. The room renovations looked rather cheap with the dropped ceiling in the bathroom. However, I can overlook all of that for the warmth of the staff and the location.

Long ways to Old Town but bus stops right at the property

Perfect location by water and easy to get to the downtown.
