Excellent location, good sized room, great views. Did not feel like a 4-star hotel. Bathrooms are 2-star quality at best, and room and facilities showing signs of wear. Weak air conditioning during heat wave made room unacceptably warm, and the staff and hotel manager were unable to address the issue. Upon closer inspection, it seems that many of the positive hotel reviews are fake reviews posted by bots.

The location was good. The breakfast was good also. The bath tub is higher from the floor. Felt like climbing a mountain.

We got a Seaview room with balcony. The bathtubs were terribly high. Was difficult to get in and out. Hotel bathrooms need serious renovation. Was told I could have got a step stool. That's absolutely ridiculous.

Away from the more crowded areas, with splendid views of the bay and easy walk to the water. If you do not get sea-view, you will be looking directly at a boaring hill..

Location. Easy bus-ride to old town. Great walks and restaurants nearby. Lovely cove to swim, snorkel. Older shower-tub combo a bit awkward.

The location of the hotel is excellent and if it's situated in a very nice neighborhood. Good spa facilities, bus stops right in front of the hotel. The management needs to take a proactive role in controlling the rooms, so random checks after the staff, their amenities and modernize the facilities. Breakfast can also use a refreshed menu or have a menu on rotation.

Location, staff, facilities, room, everything was great. So many activities nearby, took a nice walk by the sea. Their wellness was great, pool, hot tub, sauna, all excellent. Staff were so friendly. Restaurant is top notch, breakfast was wonderful. Definetly would come here again.

The shower/bath has a very high step in and some would struggle.

There was lots of ants in the room and bathroom. We stayed in same room previous times and this was the first time to face such an issue regarding room cleanliness. Overall standard of room cleanliness was average.

Very nice location. Close to the beach and nice restaurants and night life close by. Very convenient with a bus stop in front of the hotel entrance.

There were some ants in the room. The hotel is past its prime and there was a lot of road noise.
