Friendly staff, great facilities, and good energy across the hotel. Rooms were quite pricey, breakfast should be open until 10:30am, and Dinner on the weekend should be open until 11pm. Beach access limited.

The rooms were clean, the staff helpful and courteous. A nice selection of amenities. I liked the location being out of the hustle and bustle- just a quick 3 minute bus ride down to Lapad and a 10 minute down to Old Town. Breakfast was delightful and had lots to choose from. This is going to sound silly, but if I had to select something, I would say that the grout in the shower needed a little bleach.

Hotel na região de Babin Kul, com vista linda para o mar de Dubrovnik. Fácil acesso - Uber, táxi, ônibus - ao centro histórico. Piscina coberta e spa muito bons, assim como os quartos. A praia fica junto ao Valamar President, e exige caminhada. Acesso à praia exige caminhada. O transporte por carrinhos elétricos demora. Cobram cadeira na praia junto ao Valamar President.

Easy access to bus system The room AC was not cooling and staff & hotel not accommodating at all. We arrived to check in late and staff wouldn’t let us eat dinner in buffet & restaurants because they were closing n 15minutes.

Variety of food for breakfast and dinner, chefs and waiters in the Mediteraneo restaurant, room stewards. Inside pool and room. During March and beginning of April a little bit too hot in the hall and in the room, temperature usually automatically resets to 24 degrees. If you forget to reduce to 21 degrees Celsius (that is min) or don't open balcony doors waking up in the morning is not the best.

Breakfast never changes! every single day with the same options. Pool was not too clean. I saw mold all over the pool. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. a single Sauna for such a big venue! PAID BEACH!!!

Breakfast was amazing, The room was clean and the cleaning personnel were amazing and friendly. The common areas have a spectacular view and the conference area was well organized. The outside pool isn't heated, and the indoor pool was closed for two days while I was there. On the other days, swimming was impossible because children were jumping all over. The room was quite a distance from the hotel center and was more basic than expected for a level 4 hotel.
