There is nice place for kids to have fun The hotel does not have its own beach, although the booking listing suggests that it does. There is a nearby public beach, but it is not part of the hotel. Sun umbrellas and chairs are available for an additional fee

The kids' play area was superb. Also the guys at the reception were very kind and helpful. There were tvs with the world cup and bars available so nice atmosphere

Coffee and tea were only available at breakfast; no one could make us coffee or tea for lunch or dinner. The hotel restaurant was slower than we expected.

The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to the bus. I didn’t realize when booking that it was family friendly. There were a lot of kids under 8. Lots of meltdowns lol. My fault for not realizing this otherwise I would pick an adult only place.

Excellent facilities and lot to do with children in Maro's world. Little offbeat location from old town, but there are excellent bus connections to the old town entrance. For a hotel group of this stature, parking should be complimentary for the guests during the stay.

We had a nice stay with wonderful rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. My daughter really enjoyed their kid's area. The outdoor pool with a children's area and 2 larger water slides was also nice. The location was perfect to solve the parking situation in Dubrovnik; Bus #6 comes right to the hotel and takes you into old town! It was advertised that the beach clubs were still open, but they were not. They had closed for the season: no chairs, no bathroom, no anything. Also other restaurants on the property were also closed due to "high season" being over.

Amazing kids facilities including Maro world, baby food corner, bath in the hotel room. Buffet breakfast was great. They helped us to book a taxi with car seat for our baby, we were very thankful. Really enjoyed your stay there, highly recommended for families. Wish they could provide shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel rather than just one product for body and hair.

Breakfast was phenomenonal. There was so much variety. Traveled with family, so there were options for everyone. We received adjoining rooms for a family of 5, so the kids had their own space. Pool was amazing! EVERYTHING was AMAZING!! 10 min drive to downtown Dubrovnik. The beach was a 5-7 min walk, and there were restaurants in the promenade. We didn't even need to leave the resort. Great family hotel, fun pool with water slides, probably one of the best kids' clubs in the world with just everything one can think of, good food and overall really nice experience for a family with kids. Beach is a few minutes' walk down a pretty steep slope and is not the hotel's so sunbeds cost money, aside from that everything was great.
