We were not properly informed until the 4th night or so that we had a free drink included with our dinner and paid for our drinks each night.

The hotel facility isn't fenced. So you may expect people walking under the balcony.

I like the location -- far away from old town, quiet, private beach area, secluded, but with access to the bus to get to Old Town. However, this also means, lack of restaurants and stores in the area, that you require a taxi or bus to get to something outside of the hotel. The rooms were decent and good size! Great bed, horrible pillows. See above. Also did not care for the service. We booked 1 standard room, and 1 V-level room, and they did not show the V-level room in their records. We were treated mediocrely at first, and was told they needed to look into it, then when they found it to be their error, they tried to be nicer, but they had already ruined the vibe. They also did not provide any V-level service after that -- in terms of "host" or "butler" experience. It was basically a regular room. Also, as a V-level guest dining in the V-level only area, charging for a soda at an all-inclusive breakfast is absurd. It's a soda! Mimosas were included, but a pepsi zero was not! And it cost 5.50 euros. ABSURDITY!!! The hotel grounds is old -- the carpet is ripping, and lacking color, the walls need painting, and overall it just felt drabby and dingy. The regular standard floors are absolutely depressing -- no sunlight in hallways, old 80s interiors to get to the rooms. Just depressing.

Great beachfront property. Loved the room, the balcony overlooking the sea.

All spaces are generous and have gorgeous views. The staff is professional and attentive.

Beautiful views of the sea and nice pool. Buffet was underwhelming. Beds were hard, not very comfortable. Gym was just treadmills and bikes, not a real gym.

Balcony views were stunning! The room was a great size for 2 people. Breakfast was a nice touch as well with plenty to choose from. Overall a great stay with great service! Thank you so much for getting me to a much better room than what I initially got! The room was a little dated. Head board of the bed was a bit used and abused. Furniture was not as modern as I would have hoped. The views and the service made up for the few misses. Thank you for outstanding service!

The wait staff were amazing- friendly and accommodating. Knew our room number and drink order by the 2nd day.

Everything!! Hotel is an amazing!!! We were surprised with fruits and wine at our room the day after out arrival.. private beach . Easy access to tourists location without the crowds. It has a bus stop at the hotel . Love ,love it , for sure want to go back. I Love everything.

It was beautiful and open. It was clean. Loved the fresh orange juice on the mornings. Lack of variety of vegan options. The showers by the pool/spa should have shampoo,conditioner, and lotion for after showering. As well as being able to lock the doors.

We loved the location on the beach. We had a V level room and is worth the extra cost for the airport pick up, separate dinning area and service. Reserved loungers n the beach and by pool were part of V level but it was too cold and rainy to use. Would be fantastic with warmer weather. The food at the beach level restaurant was not very good but the staff was nice. And some of the food in the lounge area was kind of bad as well. The amazing breakfasts in the V level area was one of the best in our one month travel and made up for the other bad food.

Had great time in the hotel. Excellent location with private beach with all amenities. V service was great and worth every penny. Highly recommended this hotel. Have to praise Ivan, Gavrilo and especially Bozena, for their professionalism and great service, role model how job needs to be handled. Nothing but the highly words for the service and hospitality in the hotel. Definitely worth coming back again and spending time here.
