Location was fabulous. The onsite access to the Adriatic .... swimming, lounging, sun-bathing .... were all excellent! The pools and bars were excellently located. Views across the property were spectacular. Food in all cases we tried were very good. Breakfast buffut was especially good. Absolutely loved this hotel and plan to stay here again! Very little, if anything to complain about. Loved it all.

The hotel was beautiful and had wonderful amenities. We were 4 people traveling together and booked separate rooms however they upgraded us to a 2BR suite which was amazing. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was my favorite part. I would highly recommend this hotel. They allowed us to use the spa to change however the changing room was very small.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Neptun Hotel in Dubrovnik! The entire property is fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent selection of pools and restaurants on-site. The absolute highlights for us were the incredible sunset views every single evening and the lovely walks right along the waterfront. The location is also incredibly convenient for exploring—getting into Dubrovnik's Old Town and back by bus was super easy and stress-free. We had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

My foot was swollen , when I went there( by mistake to Royal Princess Hotel), they did an upgrade for me even without asking. I stayed there, didn't walk more and took some proper rest. ( Thanks a lot for that to the reception man in that evening. sadly I didn't fix his name, it was 29th of June 22:40 ) The room was spacious with 2 bathrooms, very clean, had a perfect view. I will definitely come back later again and stay longer. They had nice venue for the breakfasts, several small swimming pools around the resort area. a bit expensive late check out fees. For 1 or 2 hours 30 Euros

The view of adriatic sea from the property and the room was stunning. fabulous buffet breakfast, access to facilities in all five hotels of Royal Dubrovnik. Easy walk to other beautiful restaurants and bars along the boardwalk. The bus stop is just 2 min walk from property and 15 mins to old town. would love to stay again!

Loved our renovated room with panoramic view. Food at the restaurants was good - not great. Loved the location of the hotel - we didn’t have any interest in going into Dubrovnik as we had already been several times. We wanted to enjoy the beautiful Adriatic and that’s what we did. The pools all needed a good scrub. There was visible mold on all of them. The outdoor spaces could also use some cleaning. It was very hard to get food and drink when sitting by the pool or the sea. The spa was OK but the dressing rooms were very very small. The gym needs an update. Breakfast buffet is good but some of the fruit and other items looked a bit sad.

Breakfast was very good. They had an omelet bar which was very good.

Breakfast was good Maids are thieves, they don’t clean the rooms. I stepped on glass nose ring got stolen hotel authorities did nothing about it. All they gave us for a compensation was a fruit basket.

Staff!!! Amazing!! Sea side views for breakfast and food was great! Can’t say enough about this wonderful experience!! Loved every minutes of our stay!! Pools, room and breakfast!!

The view from the room was wonderful. There was lots of storage space which was nice with 4 people. The bus stop is very close and easy to use. The restaurants for all the royal hotels and bars and such have basically the same menu, and it’s very basic food. Nothing exciting. You have to walk quite away to get good food. The air conditioning was restricted and after hot days in Croatia, I really wanted to cool evening. One of my daughters cut her leg twice on the tiles of the pool.
