Should have non-skid in the bathtub

We lost a day as our flight aborted the landing on July 24th from Newark and flew to Rome. Did not get a refund on the room for one night as it was out of our control . We. Arrived the next day.
-
need to add more sitting locations around the pool and sea. It was stated in the order that there is free parking, but in practice, it cost 10 Euro a day
-
Front desk and spa staff struggle with customer service skills.

Gorgeous view from ample balcony. Well appointed bathroom with flattering lighting and great water pressure. And a warm towel rack for drying bathing suits quickly. Comfortable bed. Difficult to navigate up to our room on the 5th floor...multiple sets of steps...2 elevators. And finding breakfast was difficult. Not evident what restaurant to go to and then not easy to access. But the extravagant buffet was worth it.

Location was great The hotel was advertised as having air-conditioning, but the room did not.

Everything.... OUTSTANDING location with 4 swimming pools, amazing spa, food and bar service were excellent. Being on the promenade made for excellent walking g for other foods, drinks, shopping, Gelato, and the Cave bar. Could NOT have been any better. Amazing sunset views. If I come back again, I will definitely stay there again!! Nothing.

The housekeeping service was a bit inconvenient at times. On the first day, I asked for about 10 more minutes as I was still in the bathroom. When the staff returned shortly after, they started cleaning while I was still inside, which felt a little uncomfortable. At one point, an ashtray was placed next to the sink on my towel, which was not ideal. On the following morning, despite mentioning that we needed a few more minutes as we were about to leave, housekeeping entered again to check the minibar. This felt somewhat intrusive. The breakfast buffet was good overall; however, some items such as scrambled eggs or pancakes were already gone around 9:15 am and not immediately replenished, even though breakfast is served until 10:30 am. This led to some waiting times. Dinner was a bit disappointing, as some of the food was only lukewarm and the selection seemed limited at times. On the positive side, the sauna was excellent and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Overall, I would consider staying here again, but probably without half board.

The location was excellent. Beautiful views from f water and rocks and pramande. Felon there where some areas for improvement with cleanliness such as the indoor pool Ana sauna areas the steak sauna smelled bad so could use better cleaning and maybe a scent of some sort there like mint.

Hotel & sea views are beautiful! The location is convenient for visiting most areas of Dubrovnik. The walking path directly from the hotel along the water to other areas is so nice! Nothing

Hotel has great location. By the beach. We had room with the sea view. Terrace was just perfect. Good was good and staff were friendly. There is nothing to improve.

This is not the 5 star hotel definitely: Elevators are shaking, AC in the room not working at all, and the breakfast was awful (coffee machines bad, poor selection of food, etc.). Maybe all this was due to off-the-season month reservation, but we were dissapointed with our stay.

The view was superb and the facilities were very generous and modern. The lobby was also very impressive. We dined at Zoe restaurant one night and the food and service were great. We also enjoyed the promenade that ran along the hotel all the way to town. It was very well lit during the night as well. Overall, I'd love to come back during the summer and fully take advantage of the beaches.
