Staff are exceptionally helpful. Beautiful sea view rooms. Suite was large and comfortable. Fantastic experience.

There is nothing about the property not to love. Staffed was lovely. Facilities were fantastic. We had a beautiful view of the sea and it was even better with the moon reflecting over the water. This is my sixth stay in Dubrovnik and I would highly recommend this property. It is away from old town, where it can be crazy with tourists from the cruise ships but very close to a bus stop (2.50 euro) to take into old town if you wish. To me this is best area to stay in Dubrovnik. I would say the only downfall was the hot breakfast items. They had a large selection but items were Luke warm or dried out a bit. It’s hard serving so many people but I wish items were much warmer.

We booked an ocean view room and the view was spectacular. Staff were awesome. The sunset view was a nice surprise. Everything was great.

Its location was stunning! We loved it so much that we turned a one night stay into a three night stay. The mirror in the bathroom was hung so high that I couldn’t even see the top of my head. Ridiculous!!!

Could use a closer airport shuttle

We loved this property. The staff, accommodations and food were wonderful. The view was amazing. Bus service to old town was close by and easy. Although early May the pools seemed to be drained on our stay. The rooftop for adults only was open and a smaller lap pool.

Absolutely must to stay in this hotel. We had an amazing bedroom, living room and 2 full bathrooms!! And huge terrace looking over the sea!!! Parking may be tight in the peak of the season.

Everything. Professional courteous Staff, cleanliness of the rooms and outdoor space was well groomed, outdoor gardens were beautifully maintained -spa facilities excellent staff at the spa, excellent buffet and food at the restaurants.

My wife could not hang her dresses in the wardrobe as the rail height was only sufficient for shirts etc.

+we came here for the 5th time speaks for itself +location is perfect +rooms are spacious and clean +mattresses good -not enough sun beds by the sea. If you come at 10am, rarely anything available and we were there in June. -food and service start to be extremely expensive and the quality doesn't match the price
