No cold water in sink. Toilet kept running some of the time.

Original room wasn’t ready-sheets piled in corner of room, new sheets piled on bed. Ended up with a different room which was okay. No elevator which was hard with all the luggage.

Unfortunately, there was not much that I enjoyed about my stay. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location, which was the best part of the experience. The breakfast was very basic, and there were times when many guests did not get anything because the food was not replenished. The pool area did not have any towels available either. I waited for more than 15 minutes for someone to help us get towels, but no one ever showed up. Overall, the hotel felt old and somewhat neglected, especially considering the high price. I expected a much better experience for what I paid.

Nothing. The room and hotel were run down.

My kids loved that there was bunk beds . We didn't like that one person left there clothes in the washer &Dryer wet , So we had to go to the laundry mat to wash are clothes. We where disappointed about that .

Was perfect for a night stay. In a great location just off the highway and affordable.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast options, great for travel stop to sleep and go

The only thing i liked was the person who checked me The condition of the whole place. No outter doors locked. The smell in the hallways was of dampness and mildew. My room smelled of must and damp dirty mildew of some sort. The ceiling in my room had a bout a 2.5ft section of missing/chipping paint and texture. The chair looked like a dog had been chewing on it. The bathroom had missing tiles around the tub. And the microwave and mini fridge were literally just sitting on the floor. The a/c was ok besides the appearce of being from the early 2000s. And to top it off they wantes a deposit for incidentals on a room that was way over priced for the condition and location. I drove down over 4 hrs from Minneapolis to field of dreams. Spent all day and night there and couldn't wait to get to my room to sleep. By the time i i got to the room i just wanted crash. And then i checked in and should have just checked right back out.

Parking lot was big The inconvenience that I caused the front desk guy. I mean, he was rude, hateful and pissed because I woke him up

The room was clean and cooled once the air conditioner was turned on. The shower head was clogged, so not even a full stream of water and if another room flushed the toilet or started their shower, the shower stream became a dribble. As my daughter best explained it, at least we had WiFi…. That was the highlight. We will not stay here again.

Overall met the value a little. It had a dingy smell, door had to be slammed in order to close, TV was very small for the room, front desk had to be called upon check in (understandable enough), and cops randomly showed up (not sure why but probably had nothing to do with the hotel themselves). Overall it was clean and appeared bedbug free and met out needs.

I like that I got a great size room and amenities at a great price. The guy that was at the front counter was poorly dressed. Extremely far from professional. He didn’t appear to have good hygiene or decent clothes to work in.. when trying to check into the room he told me he couldn’t use my credit card that I booked the room with due to it not having the numbers on the card… it was an Apple credit card, so I opened my Apple wallet to give him the numbers then proceeded to tell me he can’t take it due to it not being on the card…… so I had to use my debit card which was irritating. The whirlpool tub in our room was missing handles to the hot water faucet so it was just a stick poking up.. and the drain cover didn’t work so the tub kept slowly draining.

There's no elevator. There was only one coffee pod in the room. The breakfast was only Belgian waffles. Maybe I'm just being picky, but the last tournament we did in Iowa (Bettendorf) we stayed at a hotel roughly the same price that had a much better breakfast, and was just better stocked, I guess? I would stay here again, but just have lower expectations.

The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a good night’s rest. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get around Dubuque. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good value for the price. The facilities are a bit dated and could use some updates, but everything was clean and functional.
