The property has recently changed hands, and the new owners/operators are in the midst of that transition. The property was clean and the room photos were accurate. I would recommend to the operators that they re-install the closets and hangers; luckily, I only stayed for one night but if the trip had been longer that would have been a big disappointment and disadvantage for the stay. We didn't eat breakfast at the property, so I don't have an opinion on that, but the food area was clean and looked to be sufficient to serve the guests. I wish the new owners well on this endeavor and I would stay at the property again if I'm ever in Dubuque.

Breakfast could've been better ,!

We were in an updated room. Breakfast was lacking. Though if you like waffles you can make your own waffle.

Awesome place! Would definitely stay there again!

Only complaint was no blow dryer in room

Cool

All areas smelled really good. I would call it a light flowery clean smell. The new owner said they are working on updates and it looked really nice. Owner and staff very helpful and friendly.

This was a good place for an overnight stay. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is looking a little worn in areas. The bed was comfortable but the air was difficult to maintain a good temperature. Overall it was fine for our overnight stay.

Would stay again, thank you!

Good breakfast selection

Breakfast was pretty spartan and not the best quality - even for a no-frills hotel such as this one. Also, it was not clear if the pool was accessible as our key cards would not open the pool area door.

Staff was super nice. Rooms are very clean and redone

Paper goods in the room were rough and not stocked

The staff was excellent. The room was very clean. Breakfast was included and good (altho I would have loved to have had bacon or sausage with my eggs). Parking was good and included in the cost of the room.

It was run down and

They are very friendly and helpful if u need anything.

A few major issues: -Unfinished Renovations: It’s obvious they started updating the place but gave up halfway through. -Deceiving Cleanliness: The room was 'surface clean,' but if you dug too deep, there were definitely hidden issues. -Unusable Amenities: We tried to use the room's mini-fridge, but it smelled so terrible when opened that we had to close it immediately. -Subpar Breakfast: The morning food was served lukewarm. This is essentially an $80 room charging a premium rate. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Pictures of property are AI generated and look nothing like the property itself. Rooms were clean but old and smelled. Location was great and staff was attentive. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking

The bathroom was a little dirty.
