Rooms was full of musty smell.. hard to sleep in

The location was good, nice pool and breakfast. We had to wait almost an hour to get into our room (no apology), the room wasn't clean- the surfaces weren't all cleaned off, no pillow cases when we got there until housekeeping came in without knocking for pillows and another time for no towels, didn't knock either time. Housekeeping staff were arguing loudly in the hall with vulgar language. Our 7 year old son could hear them. There were used contacts on the floor in the bathroom. The second night was better with no interruptions. I told the hotel and we got some of our bill reduced, but we won't stay there again.

Also, there was a traveling baseball team so the jacuzzi was not available to other guests due to the numbers of youth that were in the jacuzzi/pool area. Also, I had reserved these rooms in February and they were given to someone else before we arrived. Supposedly because we came in late. I feel the front desk should have called us to check on our arrival time rather than just giving our rooms away.
