Spa Twilight menu dissappointing. The two course menu presented at the Hotel, was not the full menu in the Restaurant. Better not ticking anything in list and just going for the full menu.

The location The first room we were given for our 2 night stay was tiny. but wonderful Anthony arranged a move to a much, much better room. Thank you Anthony.

The Oak bar restaurant was great. Young friendly staff. Room very comfortable and clean but rest of experience not good. Booking call it hotel and spa. Not true. A hotel with a spa that costs £120 for a couple to access for 2 hours. Restaurant not available to normal guests, only bus tours and fawlty towers management.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, lovely supper and delicious breakfast. Comfortable room and bathroom wity plenty of hot water. The carpet in the room looked like it hadn’t been hoovered but the rest of the room was fine. Hearing the fan outside the window all evening was a little distracting but necessary, I realise, because my room was close to the kitchen.
