Excellent Quality breakfast, with lovely rooms and an accommodating experience; it was a truly memorable stay and a great place to stay whilst visiting Dumfries. Nothing.

Superb location adjacent to the railway station, and within easy walk of all of the interesting sites in Dumfries. The breakfast was superb. The host and staff were extremely amiable, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Very little, the only minor criticism was that the shower was a little small.

Friendly, accommodating, clean and comfortable. On top of that it is dog friendly. The breakfast was spectacular and we would love to return.

Excellent breakfast and the owners are really helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Parking. There is a few spaces available in the side street. The hotel provided a residents pass for the vehicle.

The owners were really friendly and helpful. Great location on the edge of town. Breakfast was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again. Only car parking. But there are a few spaces on a small side road. I was given a Residents Parking Permit by the hotel owner, which gave peace of mind.

The owners were wonderful, really enjoyed talking with them. The house was lovely, location great. Breakfast was fantastic. They let me leave my bags for a few hours so I could wander before it was time for my bus. The mattress and pillows were not the best. Could at least use a mattress topper.
