Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

My flight into town got cancelled Friday (literally sitting on the plane when I was cancelled) That’s besides the point- I still needed the hotel for Saturday night so I called the hotel to make sure I was still going to have a room because I wasn’t checking in on the first nifht- I knew I still had to pay which I was fine with. When I got to the hotel Saturday night - the room was given away and they didn’t have anything to accommodate my family! I just don’t understand how they can charge me for the room and give it away!! I was fine paying for the night I wasn’t there but then to give it away…makes 0 sense and I should not have been charged. This is wrong!

Met and surpassed all expectations! Easy access to I5 and the bases!

They gave our 2 bed + pull out room away so my 12 year old son and 18 year old step daughter ended up having to sleep on the pull out couch together.

Clean room, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

Loved everything

The swimming pool was freezing cold and hot tub was barely warm.

Breakfast staff and rooms amazing

Walls were paper thin and clientele were partying into the night. Our room was right above the outdoor sitting area. The breakfast spot had a very inconvenient layout - a table sat in the way of getting food. It was hard to move around and staff wouldn’t be able to clean the sticky floors during breakfast. The lobby doubling as the eating area made for stained furniture which lessened the first look at the property.

Nice property, big rooms and good kitchen. The pool was ice cold and the tile around the pool was extremely slippery. My toddler fell at least 10times trying to get into the pools. There was also visible mold around the shower. There were 3 washers and 3 dryers but only One of each worked! The breakfast was decent if you got there early. We got there about an hour in and it was ransacked! Staff was trying to restock but they said they were out of a lot of the products. No meats left, cold eggs, and hard biscuits.

As the first timer staying in your hotel.It's really sad to see that the rooms are not clean.The way they should be, i like the bathroom was really ugly with this yellow orange color slimy things on the edges of shower, the kitchen sink smelled really fishy is like the food processorneeds to be clean daily....my sister told one house keeper that th3 food processor was very stinky and only offer a scrub for us....bed sheets with stains,the entrance is very small to walk in...first thing you see and is not welcoming are the chairs from the breakfast area ontop of dinning counter, my advise is to wash the dining couch inside it had food stains and again nothing personal, just suggestion...thanks

This place was great my only complaint would be the pool was freezing cold

Cameron at the front desk was also amazing! When we checked in late he made sure we had everything we needed. He pointed us to the gas station across the road to get some supplies he didn't have at the desk or for sale in the small shop. When we came down to breakfast his face would light up with a great smile! it was like seeing an old friend. He always said good morning & when we left for the day he would wish us a great day. You can't buy or put a price on the customer service like these two gave us! Believe me I know, I have been in customer service my whole life, I now audit customer service at different companies. It's the service we received here that really made a difference! The unbelievable breakfast spread helped as well! There were so many choices for breakfast, I wound up waiting till the next morning to try something new. We do a lot of traveling and will not stay anywhere but in a Home2Suites from now on! Hopefully the staff at our next stop will be able to live up to the standards that Mary and Cameron have set for them. They are your best assets, please treat them with care!! I was charged more at the property then what booking.com said

The Room The Jacuzzi not working was cold and the pool was cold also

Overall it was a great place to stay and will consider staying there again should we return visit the area. However, we were there eight nights and the cleaning staff only visited our room once, on day two, but didn’t replace towels. I had to call for toilet paper, that was never brought, I had to physically go to the front desk to get some. Would have loved clean, fresh towels during our stay as well 😞

Our room was given to other people when we arrived late at midnight eventhough we booked and paid months ago. They were fully booked so we were put in a different room which wasnt big enough to fit 6 of us. Thats very disappointed. However, the staff who helped us check in was helpful and able to find a solution eventhough this wasnt his fault at all.

Room was very dirty

Pool was way too chlorinated and being in the pool room made my eyes water. It was also a mess, garbage and ripped apart pool toys thrown all over. Playing in the pool also gave my son a rash on his face. Our room also had some questionable things that made me wonder how well it had been cleaned. Don’t plan on staying again.
