Rumor spacious and had a full kitchen, however no breakfast provided and no swimming pool. The room was clean, but a bit dated.

The room was clean, bed was comfy, staff were friendly, and breakfast options are good!

We were very pleased with this hotel. Best one out of the three we stayed at this vacation. Staff were friendly and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived the hotel was clean, check in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. That’s were the positives end. There was no bedding for the pull out in our room so when I asked for a set a linens it’s was treated as though I was asking for white glove service, it took me following up three times to get the basics. Then I realized the duvets on the two queens were not actual duvets but bed skirts and so thin, when I brought it up they said it was all they had at the moment. The pool was feeezing and the hot tub was luke warm at best, there was also no pool towels. Seemed like a lot of effort put into the lobby but after that it was lack luster at best.

Our room was great and the staff was wonderful. Great breakfast options as well. Our only complaint was the pool heater was broken so the pool and hot tub were not super warm.

The hotel needs a deep cleaning. I had black hairs on my bath towels. No sheets for the pull out bed. The pull out bed was nasty underneath the mattress. The entire place just felt dingy and like it hadn’t had a good scrub.

Wasn’t in the room all day till 8 pm by 930 toilet wouldn’t flush for no reason nobody clogged it just stopped flushing called to front desk they brought a plunger never helped didn’t have a toilet the rest of our stay with 4 kiddos in the room and when told the front desk when leaving it was just a oh sorry

This is a nice, well-maintained lodging, just off of I-5, south of Tacoma. It is reasonably priced given the distance from Tacoma, so for me it was a price-convenience tradeoff more than anything else. I didn't use the amenities or eat breakfast there,so have no basis for an opinion of their quality. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet from highway sounds. The staff was friendly and helPaul, given my late evening check-in.

The room was clean and quiet. Location is great, with easy access to the highway and other places near Tacoma. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, great stay.

More amenities than expected. The room exceeded our expectations The breakfast could have been a little better. We had breakfast around 0830 and staff was not following up on what needed to be refilled. We had 1/2 a waffle instead of a complete one.

Great stay- spacious bedroom, relaxing indoor pool, helpul staff.

Location is close to I-5. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the room was spacious for 4 of us, and the AC unit and fan was very simple to control. The pool did not have towels stocked at any point, and the pool temperature was rather cold our first day.

Everything was good. Hallways a little warm and slamming doors all night, nothing you can do about that. Unless you put signs...

Clean spacious room. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Unless you eat in the nearby military base, or have a taste for Subway or teriyaki - there is literally nothing to eat in walking distance. 3 miles away - McDonald’s and some other place. Access to the hotel off I-5 northbound is a nightmare. Construction, new overpasses, hard place to find. Good luck doing it at night - even with a GPS. All in all - a pretty bad experience. Breakfast looked like a high school cafeteria. Take a pass.
