Lovely hotel. Very comfy.

Ease of access and good amenities

The air conditioner was making a freight train noise and kept me up all night. They should give me my money back.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff at check in were not particularly friendly. We were slightly early (by about 1/2 hour) Couldn't get checked in but the girl said we could leave our car and walk into town. It would take about 5 mins she said. 15 mins later we got there. It was hot and humid and we'd had a long drive to get there. Then we had to walk back. Not a great start. We just wanted to relax and freshen up. Breakfast was a non starter. A bus tour had arrived the previous night and everybody came down to breakfast at the same time. Couldn't get near the place. Not in a hurry to stay here again.

Everything was great

A decent hotel at a reasonable price. It is close enough to walk to Durango. The hotel is basically set on a major road into Durango, and the walk to town is on a sidewalk that runs along this road. Apart from a decent room, the hotel does not provide anything extra in location, setting, or comfort.

Clean, standard hotel with a good room that met our expectations. The hotel is a bit far from town for walking, with part of the walking being on a sidewalk with heavy traffic.

Location is close to downtown Durango. Room was clean except for one small picture shelf which needed dusting, otherwise very clean. Staff is friendly, even copied something for me and put out a piece of mail that needed to be sent. Breakfast had a good variety, no need to go to a restaurant unless you have special dietary needs. I was able to park close to my room. All in all I would stay there again.

Clean and easy check-in

This hotel was super nice and clean. Close to where we needed to go. It was great.

Pool and hot tub were nice. Towels included. Breakfast was good. Cookies were excellent. Hotel charged me after I prepaid on booking.com. Had to call to get the $262.00 charged credited back to me.

Nice location in reference to downtown. Great breakfast. Very efficient and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Close to Durango train station. Also good proximity to shops and restaurants.

I'm not a coffee person, but at the breakfast buffet my seemed to think her coffee was a little sludgy or granular - perhaps the end of the brewed pot? ? I told her, 'it is because this buffet is awesome and everyone has already been down here ahead of us. We should have been here earlier!'
