I didn't like that parking vehicle was a little far from the hotel and very loud cars passing thru.

Staff was very friendly and pleasant. This hotel is not what the pictures portray it to be. They had bleached curtains, sheeta were dirty, towels were cut in half! The place was not throughly cleaned. Also when you have luggage 2 flights of stairs is not easy.

Its location and the the staff were good The rooms were filthy. The beds had stained sheets and possible not clean

The location was great close to restaurants and the Mercado. First of all I booked a four bed room show up and they don’t even have a four bed room so false advertisement from booking. Then the room was dirty the sheets were dirty the balconies doors let all the cold air in. The toilet kept clogging the front desk had to come up multiple times. The parking on the app said included nope the parking garage charged us 250 for the two days we were there bc they said that was not included. Lastly online it says they have a shuttle to the airport NO AGAIN they said they could order a taxi and that was the best they could do. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

The room size was ok The front desk staff was kind My bed had a duvet cover but not a duvet. Towels were outdated. Facilities look outdated

Location There were bugs and I got bit. After the first night we went to different hotel and they refused to refund us!!!

Location and clean room No parking at the hotel and no elevator for a person with a recent knee replacement

Location was perfect. 3 days with no hot water and taking cold showers not a fun of . Toilet didn't work a couple times and cold weather(47 lowest) at night with no heat and they offer me extra banquet? Basically the Hotel is not ready to operate. Still finishing rooms and noise am from working there. I request a couple nights refund and they offer me a free meal; later a one night only and maybe half of another but cuz my Credit Card was from USA they asked me for account from Mexico that I don't have to refund me something but nothing on paper or email yet? Honestly when you took full payment at property with my credit card?? I'm not happy about it !
