The door man. Name Oscar was really friendly and nice and helpful The hotel looked empty came in on a Sunday morning asked if we could check in early and were told no ! We had to wait til 1 Came back close to 1pm and asked again if we could check in early and still were told by the lady in the front so we waited til 2pm We were told That there were ppl. But we never saw any one leave

The facility did not have any breakfast on premises. It was below grade. At one point it was raining and water started to come into the room. I requested to be moved but they did not comply. I did not like that there was no food service at all. The rooms was super minimally furnished. The place needs to be updated.

Hotel was very central. Staff were friendly and helpful. Secure. Little hot water - even after leaving shower on for ten minutes the water was just lukewarm. Manual lift became tedious to use, having to be escorted up and down. No restaurant or cafe. No hair drier available until we insisted. Not many plugs in room.

Great location which may have put it too close to the action! The staff was fantastic and very helpful. A bit noisy from the street. Could have used a bit more hot water on the third floor. No easily accessible drinking water, but plenty of small stores nearby.

The property itself is in a great location. Got there at the hotel and took about 15 minutes to get the room. They couldn’t find my reservation at all. I showed them proof I had made my rsvp and paid in advance. They mentioned they had canceled my room because I didn’t show up at 12 for check in. But finally got a room that was small and the walls were dirty as well for the floors. I was not happy at all. Only stayed there for couple of hrs.

We extended our stay. All was nice! More sound proof from the street noise.
