Location is very good, close to down town. Free parking is provided by the Hotel. Room is spacious. Everything is fine. The price is very expensive, but all Durbuy is expensive. The beds are comfortable, but too soft for me.

The room was tidy up but I could see dust in some areas, like in the bathroom. Communication was a bit challenging as all the messages I received were in french. There was no safe box in the room.

Room Cleaning and towel replacement. Cleaning was scheduled on Sunday but we asked to stay in the room. No further cleaning was provided although we hoped one would happen

The location in terms of being picturesque and in the lap of nature was good. It was over priced. In the locality there were no super markets or those kind of shops to buy daily need stuff. Frequency of public transport to reach the hotel is not too often.

River Side (Apartment with balcony) and Central Location Free Parking Easy Check-in Good Wifi Clean towels changed and beds made daily Owner responds fast to issues Strong sensor lights help one to feel safe returning to the apartment in the dark Cleaning could be improved. The ashtray on the terrace was not emptied from the previous guests. The kettle has limescale. There was dust on the Wifi connection information sighboard.
