Not sure how this hotel is considered 5 star! Its far from 5 star service. The hotel needs complete rebuild, rooms are very small and smelling cigarettes, lights are not working properly, telephone doesn’t work,Bathrooms don’t have water hose, mirrors are rusty and broken. They charged me for water refilling and services are super slow. Receptionist are careless and not bothered to fix their mistakes. Wifi is slow. Rooms are dirty and if you call for any service they reply arrogant Service and value for money, cleanliness

The ancient in the corridors is old and the lack of a toilet in the bathroom

There was a lamp in my room that can't be turned off (it was extremely faint though, so it's not a big problem). And also internet connection was very slow

Excellent location, friendly staff and beautiful hotel. Stayed in the ececutive suite on 9th floor with spectacular view of lake and park.
