The staff was very helpful. There was some language barrier in one instance which was almost fully overcome with Google translator. The location is convenient. The WiFi is really slow in the reception and basically non-existent in the bedroom - I got a bedroom close to the reception. I was unlucky with the toilet as well, it was dirty. Although I asked for a bedroom with a double bed in the petition, they gave me two single beds and when I asked to change, the receptionist said it was too difficult to do that cause my reservation was done through Booking.

It's a friendly budget hotel that I would recommend for those who are looking for a lower tariff with good amenities. The room was big enough, neat, and clean; the bed was comfy, and all the amenities were provided well. All staff were super helpful, some of them would like to mention that Ms. Sabrina and Mr. Omar, receptionist were so friendly and welcoming.

Good rooms and good bathroom There was an issue with ants in the room and I could change the room. In the morning when I try to check out there was no one at the reception.

It was my first time visiting Tajikistan, and this hotel was just amazing. The service I received from this hotel. The staff is super nice and polite. Feroz from reception was a wonderful, very helpful person I ever met in Tajikistan he was really nice and made my stay very comfortable. I felt like I was home, not a hotel. I’m visiting Tajikistan again in a couple of months and the staffs politeness and kindness will bring me back to Safir Hotel again. My room was very clean over all the hotel itself was clean and neat. Thank you, feroz for giving me such a great memories ?

The property is clean and staff is really nice and helpful. It’s located outside of the city centre close to the botanical garden, so, expect to walk a lot or take a taxi :). Internet connection was good. The mattress was huge, but not comfortable (rather hard). You can also hear everything that’s happening in the hallway while you are in your room - for example when staff is watching some videos in the lobby without headphones, or when guests arrive late in the night.

The staff is very polite and always helpful. The location is awesome as the botanical garden of Dushanbe located 10 min walk from the hotel. That park is amazing with a lot of different trees...

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean, spacious and I got a free upgrade. I would go back Unclear breakfast policy. Breakfast is good but I was not aware it had to be paid separately. Ask to be sure ,

Staff is super nice There's no internet at all. So if you think you can video call or work from it, forget it. The curtains are taped together. When I first arrived there was toilet paper in the toilet and the bed looked like someone had just slept on it.

Very clean accommation, a bit far away from the city center. Actually it is a building which houses 2 different hotels and a supermarket. Comfortable beds, big room. The staff does not speak English.

The staff was excellent!!!! They were super helpful with planning my onward journey. I was picked up from the airport from a very polite and helpful staff member. When I checked in, I realised that my room wasn’t as clean as it should be. I reported to the lady at the reception and the issue was fixed immediately!!! In regards to my onward journey, I needed some help, because I don’t speak Russian and had no clue how to get to my final destination. However she helped me organising a driver and even let the driver call her before we reached my destination so that she could check if everything went well. WOW - amazing efforts!!! A big thank you and a huge compliment!!!! The bathroom was a little obsolete.
