Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Eagan, MN

When we checked in and got to our room it was a typical 100 dollar room but had cosmetic issues but when we went in the bathroom the was visible and in the shower and a cracked tile on the side. We went to to the pool to use the hot tub and to our dismay, one of the hot tubs was covered up and not usable and the other one had dirt on the bottom and the jets wouldn't turn on. We would not go to this hotel again for those reasons

Keys for room constantly wouldn’t work, curtain was ripped talked to front desk nothing was done, water stains/ hardened dirt in bathtub, no extra sheet or pilllow for pull out couch, mattress on pullout was awful, paper thin could feel every spring, hot tub barely worked.

Shopworn facility even though it is fairly new. Rooms are adequate. Bed is not comfortable. Shower is adequate. I’ve not available on all floors. Elevator was dirty. Staff was very good.

I have booked many hotels in my life, I chose this one for location and price BUT it was one of the WORST experiences not only because of the poor rooms and maintenance of everything at the hotel but mainly because of the front desk staff that went above anything credible to make me uncomfortable, the guy's name is WALTER, he knows nothing about customer service. A cockroach inside the mini fridge!!! The room smell bad, the shower hadn't been cleaned ever, the carpet was super dirty, needless to say the hotel general areas. The worst part was asking WALTER the front desk guy for a room change and instead of anything that could mean empathy with a customer immediately answered with rude attitudes

After talking with other guests, we found out that some beds didn’t even have bedding when guests arrived. Some people were still receiving their bedding as late as 10 PM. This was very frustrating, especially after a long day and expecting the room to be ready when we arrived.

I've stayed at this hotel for a night in 2024, 2025 and now 2026, and with each year the quality of stay is noticeably degrading. In 2024, it was a solid option for a decent place to stay close to Vikings training camp. In 2025, well - it wasn't as great, but still convenient. Now I would consider it a place to avoid. Unclean. Free breakfast has few items. The on-premise pantry has almost nothing to choose from. And the rooms felt kind of gross as the air conditioner struggled to keep up with demand and the carpets were damp. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and the price is certainly attractive, but there are better comparably priced options a couple miles away that offer much better quality.

Everything was a no

Let us check in early that was awesome. We had room 408 the tub dripped nonstop and was very stained. In the hallway stains on the carpet that looked like dog vomit. We got back from our event at 10:45pm and the parking lot was full and we just parked on the side of the road in the lot. Breakfast was good.

Place was ok for one night but carpets were stained and gross. Had to wait to check in because it was only one young girl working but she was friendly and shuttle service to the airport says 24 hours but very limited early in the morning.

Rooms Smelled, Cobwebs, and hair in the room as well. Shower curtain rod was pulled from the wall. Tile was in poor condition in bathroom. Dresser top and desk top area dirty.

Pleasant

For the price I paid ($180 per night), I could have stayed in a 4-star hotel. The property was very dirty, with stained carpets and horribly dusty/dirty vents in the bathrooms. The lone elevator was barely operable and the luggage racks are in need of replacement. You couldn't load or unload near the front door, because the hotel kept blocking the entrance with all of their courtesy vans. This place needs a total update and makeover. For the price I paid, I expected much better. Still ... on a good note, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean and operable, and the breakfast was hot and fairly decent.

Room not very clean at all,

The property is run down in the room areas. The carpet is old and filthy. Our room smelled so musty. I'd never stay here again.

NO WASHCLOTHS AND THE TOWELS WERE SO OLD, IT WAS LIKE USING SANDPAPER

Hotel is okay. Refrigerator in our room does not work.

The location to the airport, transfer to and from airport and the car storage. The bed was very comfortable. Free internet although we didn't need to use it this trip. The hallway carpet needs cleaning or replacing. There was one bath towel, two hand towels, and no wash cloth. The bar of soap (1) is very small. Access to the TV very confusing - need to go to the back.

More frustrated over everything. Breakfast gal and housekeepers were all very kind every time we saw them.
