Hampton Inn by Hilton Minneapolis/Eagan

Clean hotel next to the airport. Big, quiet room. Hotel could use a larger snack/to go food section - after a very long travel day and getting in late at night, there was almost no selection of snacks to buy.

$6 charge for parking on top of an already too high price for the hotel. No cameras or security was provided for the parking fee.

The, Saturday May 30th, nighttime attendant was especially kind and patient! I was in town for my son’s high school graduation and I was overwhelmed. I must have lost my door fob card at least three times. He encouraged me that the hardest part was over and that I should try to enjoy the amenities and relax! Sorry that I am terrible with names, especially unique names! Although, thanks for a wonderful stay!

The clenness is excellent. Better if some bottles of water kept in the room.

Stayed for 2 days never had fresh linens or garbage taken out but other than that it was nice and breakfast was good.

Its a dated hotel. I had lukewarm hot water for a shower, no glass in the room for drinking. The biggest thing is having to pay for parking! We are in the middle of the subburbs, with ample parking everywhere. The lot was 1/2 full. If asked if you are parking a car, say no. They even admitted they dont check the lot.

the tub was filthy and it was leaking constantly. The breakfast pictures depicted berry smoothies we where bummed when the wasn't any. But otherwise everything was fantastic

Breakfast was the standard. Edible not delicious! Coffee was great. The first shuttle ride from Airport was great, the guy came around opened my door got my bag. It was great. The ride to the airport not the same, we were all waiting in the lobby for our time to leave. The driver was also just hanging out. When we all left to get in we all broight our luggage around to the back for him to lift in the back. Then he got in and pushed the button to open the door. It was a cold day. Maybe he could have warmed it up a bit before we all got in? It was warm by the time we got to the airport. Otherwise, everything was great.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the room didn't have a clock.

Check in guy was a little cranky but managed. Hotel was clean and safe. Bed was great super nice sheets. Conditioner out in bathroom not a big deal. Breakfast was good coffee better than average. Overall a great and relaxing stay.
