The staff was friendly

The room was definitely not the same as the photos. We had a tub that look like it hasnt been scrubbed down in long time. The top of the shower wall was falling apart with mold spots. Alot of dust chunks around the ceiling, the entrance you get a wet dog with cigarette smell. When the a/c turns on a bad odor comes out. Just not what i expected when seeing the photos to what was in reality.

Some rooms were still dirty. Staff if ok. They gave me at first the worst rooms, then after better ones.

Bathroom sink was clogged, wall lights didn't work & the bathtub faucet wasn't in place (was laying on tub) tv remote didn't work. This is in addition to not having the type of room that I reserved, was supposed to be double handicap & they don't even have such a thing. Never ever again!!!

Staff not helpful

The room I booked doesn't even exist, they put me in a different room type but couldn't accommodate the length of the stay I booked. I had to clean my own room due to no housekeeper, and after being there 5 nights I still never received face towels because everytime I went and asked they were "still washing them" hotel smells horrible and was dirty. The two gals I dealt with at the front desk, however, were AMAZING and handled the issues to the best of their ability, it's poor management and owner responsibility unfortunately.

The staff makes it amazing to stay there

There were power issues some doors some keys weren’t a operable

Called this property many times to ask questions in the month before my stay so i could plan properly, each time i was given a very kurt answer and then promptly hung up on. Then when i got to the establishment i was given a full size bed, i booked a king size as it was 2 travellers on the bigger side. Staff offered no help outside of pay for a new room or ask the third party to call them and get the change done. Called the third party, they tried calling the establishment multiple times with no answer. Was never refunded the difference. This is nitpicky but the shower was stupid and unreasonably hard to understand. The fridge was crusty. The reclining chair in the room did not recline. The tv did not work properly. The room itself smelled wet but not in a good way. The beds comfortablility was not reflective of the price, it was cheap af to book and yet somehow the bed was still so so so much worse. The 2 ladies i did work with were nice enough in demeanor and the overnight one did lower the check in fee for me which i greatly appreciate but otherwise no particularly noteworthy experiences, im just glad they werent rude.

The room smelled so bad I couldn't breath and it looked like it had never been cleaned since the hotel opened. It was so disgusting I left after 10 minutes.

Initial several rooms that I was sent to was filthy, this place should be closed down, the smell alone gives you a headache. If I had the option I would have cancelled this reservation before it began. I spent $20 in cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize the room. Housekeeping staff they have now should be let go as they marked rooms cleaned and they absolutely were not. I would never stay here again.

Liter in the hallways. Huge chain over front desk. Large pit bulls and other large dogs constantly in the hallways. Smells like wet dog. One large pit-bull mix lunged at me and luckily on a leach! Very scary. Staff was pleasant. :)

The kitchen was completely empty. I went to sit on the desk chair and it rolled away from me and I fell and landed on my back and hit my head.

The staff was amazing and worked with me.

has ba smell and not clean.

The floor was wet when I got there the bathroom sink was clogged and the curtains were dirty had trouble connecting to internet other then that everything was okay very friendly staff

Kitchen didn’t work for me to cook for my kids, house keeping never came to clean the room or change towels for us even tho I payed for
