Great breakfast!!

Very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. No complaints!

Excellent customer service upon check in. Lori (sp?) was great!! Nice breakfast for sure; well stocked! Room was clean! Parking lot could use some additional lighting and litter maintenance/garbage cans if I had ti make a suggestion. Will be back!!

Fine chain hotel with helpful staff in an area with lots of shopping. Good value. Would look to stay there on a future trip in that part of the Twin Cities.

Nothing works. No working ice machine, side door key doesn’t work, no pop or vending machines, 3 minutes into a shower the water went ice cold, one whole end of the building is just dark.

We had a restful stay, property is superclean, delicious breakfast, special mention and thanks to Ms. Lori, would stay there again.

They took very good care of me

The property was cute,recently refurbished. There was someone cooking fish and it permeated the hall. It lacked any ventilation and triggered allergies. However, it was a great value for the money. We had to leave before breakfast but it looked generous in choices.

Otherwise a clean room, comfortable bed and pillows.

Breakfast staff were not helpful and didn’t seem to understand English when asked about a certain item. Requested a double bed room and got a single bed? King size one instead. Despite a few negatives would give it another chance if in the area.

Front desk staff were wonderful throughout the stay. The room was really clean except the bath tub had a lot of soap scum or stains in general. You can tell there have been upgrades, but the bathroom should also be taken care of, tub, paint and door. Our microwave didn't work and they replaced it right away. Breakfast was okay, has the staples needed to start the day. Handicap parking could be better. The only other downfall was the smell of Marijuana periodically throughout our stay. For the price value it was fine and I would stay again.

Nightly happy hour with snacks and drinks was nice! Located next to a bar and grill that had excellent food. Spacious rooms with fridge and all expected in room amenities. I enjoyed my stay here.

Staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful too.
