Breakfast needs help food.. sausage and bacon very dried out….

The lobby is big for groups. Outdoor patio with fireplace is very nice.

Staff was great. Housekeeping was great too. Bed was a little worn probably ready to be replaced. Would’ve gave excellent except the bed was sagging in places

The only issue is that we were given incorrect hours for the breakfast. We were told at check-in that it ended at 10am and it actually ended at 9am, so we almost missed it entirely. Apparently that is the weekend time and we were there during the week.

Everything was great except that front desk staff were not up front about how things would be. There was no orientation for a new stay, no explanations. The showers have no doors nor curtains so water will tend to go everywhere. Don't close the door because there are no special fans or vents so the condensation will be even worse. They also charge $8 per day for parking and that was not explained. Make sure they know who is paying if you have multiple ppl in your reservations. They aren't good at asking the right questions and they will just kind of do whatever they assume about the situation.

My experience was excellent. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. There were plenty of stores in the area. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This hotel was awesome. The staff was friendly and very quick about getting us checked in. It took was very clean, quiet. Breakfast was good. Great hotel

Dusting in the hotel room can be better like behind the tv and the windows

The Basketball Rim on premises was broke, and had been broke for a while. I booked this hotel, because of that for my kids.

Love the infused water available 24/7, as well as the coffee and gratis snacks in lobby area.

Exceptional

The hotel was very nice and quiet. We were informed at check in that there would be an additional $8.00 a night parking fee, something that was not included in the original pricing. Didn’t appreciate the surprise. For two nights it was another $16.00 we didn’t expect. This information should be presented before final booking.

The room was super clean, the staff was very friendly!
