Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eagan - Minneapolis Area by IHG

We requested uested early , check in , and were told we could check in at 2:30. We arrived and loaded all our luggage onto the cart and waited inside until 3:45. Other people were waiting on the cart, but we did not realize our room was going to take that long or else we would have unloaded it in the lobby. Our friends room was ready so we unloaded all our luggage in their room to free up the cart. Our room wasn't available until almost 5. Check in process is extremely slow and there were multiple people waiting up to 20 minutes at the desk.

Very nice and accommodating

Over all great experience. We had no issues, we were asked if we needed a full cleaning (stayed 2 nights). We just asked for fresh towels, which arrived as promised. There was plenty of parking.

The room was nice and we enjoyed the pool

While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way.

Easy check in, clean rooms. Pool was closed for maintenance but totally fine. Quiet! Good breakfast and breakfast selection!

No hot tub, small pool, lights turn off in pool area without warning. They lost hot water and shut water off with no notification, 2 out of 3 ice machines did not work.

Excellent stay. Free/easy parking and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed. Great window seat and desk. Internet slightly spotty at first but there’s a support line to call if needed and it was fine after that. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a go to for us. It's close to everything including my daughter's house. The breakfast is good, the staff friendly and the rooms are clean.

Great staff, clean property and nice breakfast. We booked this place, so the little one could play in the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance on both days. I wished I knew it earlier.

Staff and breakfast were excellent. Only negatives were the carpet stains next to the bed and the dirt in the channels of the shower door. First thing I saw when I placed the bath mat on floor. Kind of made bath feel gross.

Breakfast was great and staff very helpful.

Took a mini vacation and went to the Morgan wallen concert and mall of America
