Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eagan - Minneapolis Area by IHG

We stayed for 6 nights and it was a very comfortable and convenient home base! The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean. We had an issue with our tub draining, but we let the front desk know and they dealt with it that day. I would stay again!

You could hear the water from the shower above us and it sounded like it was running through the walls! Told the staff and nothing changed, every morning at 5am woke up to the water running and the sound was so loud. Have video to prove it. Not worth the price when you get woken up so early while on vacation. Won’t be back

There was a lot of trash out in the trees near the dog area. The dog area is very small so my dog and I were near the trees. This could potentially cause harm to my pet if my dog were it get into it. Yes the dog is a on leash but still could cause an unintentional accident.

Very clean hotel. We were very comfortable during our stay and great breakfast too!

I really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciate having a worker nearby to address any issues. She was very helpful. The pool was heated perfectly. Overall was a wonderful stay!

I was born away on how helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman was who checked us in John I believe was his name absolutely phenomenal gentlemen! I cannot find one flaw in the hotel, the room, the breakfast the next day or anything I have stayed at quite a few hotels in my life, and this is ranked as one of the best!!

2 staff members were very friendly. One girl didn’t really act like she cared much when I told her how slippery the pool area was. Both of my kids slipped just walking around the pool.
