Great location, clean and safe.

Room was clean. Good space. Breakfast was ok. Unfortunate that parking wasn't included.

Great night customer service, room was very nice and clean . I would really recommend close to the airport and they offer shuttles.

The room was clean. One of the lights by bed was already broken. The photos of the pool look super nice and big, but it is actually very very small, as more people came in we had to get out for being too crowded. It was very hot as well. And fan inside room did not blow air very well. Staff was very friendly, amenities were great! Easy check in. Great location.

Some of the night shift staff were very grumpy. It would had been around 10 pm. The overnight African lady was very pleasant.

Breakfast was good. Room was ok but had leaky toilet. Loud, do not stay under anyone or u wont get sleep. Pool had a film on it and was cloudy, dirty, gross. They let the other hotels guests use it from next store all weekend coming in and out. Asked for room service certain days only room was cleaned once in 5 days. Not my favorite stay for what i paid.

This room was okay. It was not worth the price. Not welcoming.

The driver who uses a white pillow behind his back was not helpful. I had to ask the driver to open the back so we could load our luggage and he sat in the van and asked ( Do you have more than that) I said we have enough. So he got out and opened it. This was our 4th time coming and going from you hotel in 2 days and this guy is our 4th different driver. I don't know any of their names.

My stay at the hotel was outstanding. I had a clean room and towels, staff was friendly and easy to work with.

The only issue during our stay was that our room was turned over late on the second day, but it was only that one time. There were also a lot of kids at the hotel, but that was expected due to the holiday weekend. The pool area on the first level had a pretty strong chlorine smell at first, although we seemed to get used to it as the stay went on. But honestly not a bad thing if you really think about it. Breakfast was hot and decent each morning. My only suggestion would be to offer more non-pork breakfast options. Overall, still a pleasant stay and I would consider staying again.

Clean rooms, very quiet in the rooms. I was expecting it to be louder with it being a holiday weekend but the rooms were so quiet. The breakfast was perfect combination of warm food and cold items. We slept in the room with a couch pull out and had a little kitchen, it was big.

This hotel was ok for us. We got a king suite and the couch that was supposed to be a pull out into a double bed was insufficient. The room claims to sleep 4, but I don’t think they mean 4 adults. The “pull out” was not even a pull out but more of a couch where the cushions can be removed to create a “double bed”. The staff was accommodating. The pool is quite small. The continental breakfast was great.
