Studio 6 Extended Stay Minneapolis Airport Eagan North MN

When I arrived to check in I was told that they were overbooked and I was out of luck to get a room. Some people had checked out but the rooms could not be cleaned so I was told to try somewhere else.

Plan for your reservation to be cancelled at the property with no notification. Plan for being on hold for 50 mins with hotels.com before they arrange another hotel. Plan for cigarette and pot smoke everywhere. Plan for a daily utilities surcharge to “cover the expenses” for water, electricity, sewer, but no AC. Plan for a 3” hole in the screen of the window you have to open due to no air. Plan for rude staff. Essentially, plan to book a different hotel if you want to “enjoy your stay.” There was hot water and good water pressure… that daily surcharge paid off. smh…

Great place to stay perfect for family and very clean property. Highly recommend it! Plus the staff are super friendly and very helpful

The front desk lady was trying to be helpful and went to the next room with us to make sure it was actually available and clean. Upon entering the room, it was bare minimum. I guess it was expected for a two-star hotel. However, at check-in, there was also a $2 charge for utility (in addition to the cost of booking). It’s not a lot of money but isn’t there the price for the room should cover everything?! In the bathroom, there was only a bar soap and a small bottle of shampoo/conditioner and two sets of towels. I went to ask for toothbrush and toothpaste, but they only had toothpaste available. The front desk reported they have to order more supplies. The sheets were made and one had markings on it. But not stained horribly. All in all, we made it through a 5-hr sleep before we had to check out for our flight. It definitely was not our first choice but was only available in the area at the time.

Tv could be watched from the sofa or turned around to be seen from the bedroom Good shower over the bath Quire room easy to find

Dirty and unkempt. Smells horrible. There is a bunch of junkies lingering in the parking lot as well.

I liked the price. The beds were clean and comfortable. I liked that a kitchenette was available. The air conditioner worked beautifully,. The room was in disrepair. There was a need for some upkeep in the countertops (bathroom and kitchen) and there were cabinet doors that were in disrepair. Some painting of was also needed.

The room was neat but could have been cleaner, especially given the extra cleaning fee posted. There was also an extra separate fee of a couple dollars I guess for utilities but I wasn't expecting to have to run my card again for that when checking in. The property is overgrown/not mowed really. Upon booking I thought it had been posted that there would be a continental breakfast, but then there was not - apparently breakfast was taken away after they transitioned from Extended Stay America to Studio 6 a few months ago. Fine if you need shelter but nothing fancy.

The location is ok. I had to wait a while to check in, but probably just because they were busy at the time. They didn’t have breakfast, but it was a good value otherwise.

First floor smelled of sewage water . My hallway on 3rd floor smelled of cat pee. The non smoking room i had smelled of smoke and the bath tub had black mold growing in it
