There were no towel hooks in the bathroom…and limited drawer space in the bedroom (especially for 4 people).

The breakfast was really good and they did arrange evening free cocktail and snack that was nice. We liked there was ample amount of parking area and free. The room were nice and staff was also good.

Everything the facility felt open and spacious. The staff was beyond excellent especially the guys who helped with getting taxis since we didn't want to rent a car I hate that I didn't get his name but that's my fault.the happy hour and complimentary drinks were a bonus we didn't expect but loved! We had a little hiccup st check-in but we got there at 2:30 and I requested an early check-in if possible but waited a bit late to get an answer. I wouldn't turn down a 1pm check-out either

Modern big and clean Price for dinner at their restaurant It’s over priced for the portions they serve example 6 ounce salmon was $46. ; Red snapper they serve 1 side of the whole snapper for $46. Everywhere else serve the whole snapper for $36-38

Closeness to beaches. Location. No food or drinks served in the bar-restaurant area of the lobby until 5 pm.

The staff were amazing!! Very accommodating and friendly! Also very helpful The beach and lack of seating for this resort, we were kicked out of where we were sitting three times because it was reserved for specific resorts. That was unfortunate but outside of that we had a good time!

Quality and location. The staff. The first day we wait 45min to do the check in. And 2 Times we ask for room services but they didn’t. Even when we ask by phone.

We liked the cleanliness and we were not far from the beaches. There were free bike rentals and I felt very secure and safe. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast, free drinks and snacks. The gift shop was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. People would come down and save their cabana by the pool and rarely sit there. I wish there was someone keeping an eye on the chronic cabana savers that were never used.

I loved the spacious hotel suite - stunning - very clean and bright. Beautiful balcony - spacious. Staff so friendly and so lovely. Food, breakfast spectacular - free drinks and snacks - great incentive and a nice variety of snacks and meeting of other guests on the patio. I LOVE THE POOL - beautiful - clean and so spacious! Amazing pool and spacious grounds. The hotel is HUGE and wide so beautiful and the staff so pleasant. I will definitely recommend this hotel in Aruba. the walk to the beach and the beach not being so clean and beautiful as the other resort beach locations

great place to stay . location has beautiful pool, buffet every morning walking distance to beach and many activities and places to eat. Perfect for families especially. maybe more variety change of options for buffet not same thing daily. other than that everything was great.

Beautiful space. In lobby. Breakfast and happy hour was absolutely a nice touch. Loved the tunnel art! Not walkable to other happenings in Arubo. Ubers were expensive.

Breakfast in the morning was great, there were plenty of options. Beach attached to the hotel was small and rocky. Sea view is not the greatest.
