Great location away from high rise area. I liked everything about the property

Espectacular estadía en Ámsterdam Manor. Localización privilegiada en Eagle beach (de las mejores). Yo estuve en una One-Bedroom suite y pude cocinar, tenía sala y salida con sillas. La cama era king size. Muy amplia. Restaurante en la playa muy rico. Piscina muy bien. No aplica

Love the closeness to the beach. The ease of restaurants around you. The staff. The room was great too. If you don’t want the crazy noise of the town next door; stay here. It was also great because a huge grocery store is next to it (fairly close) which makes it very convenient if you want to cook or have snacks in your room. Highly recommend! Loved all of it

Property is accross from Eagle beach, peaceful place The pool was extremely small. The staff were aware it was our 10 year wedding anniversary and did not do anything

It is very unique with the covered balcony overlooking the sea and the breathe and the chaise on the balcony for naps. The view is beautiful, the roofs are so romantic. I liked everything!

Clean, staff and close to the beach Tremendous odor coming from the sewage plant ! Had a suite overlooking the pool and ocean that we couldn’t even enjoy..

Very nice location across from Eagle beach. Nice, big rooms, and kiddo liked the pool. Bartender was a grouch.

Great location!!! Pool should be updated… not very inviting area compared to other resorts.

Perfect stay, everything was really good.

Best part of our trip was the staff. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Our room was clean and cozy. We were right on the beach, and the personnel there was wonderful. Wouldn't change a thing. Everything was good.

Great location, across street from.beach. bus stop in front of hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner available on beach. No one can up to us when we were on the beach to ask us if we needed anything.

Everything was perfect! Close to the beach. Staff was wonderful. Rooms clean and well appointed. Palapas and beach chairs readily available. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Parking was easy and close to rooms. Nothing!

Everything. Absolutely amazing. The location is great, the staff is fabulous, right on eagle beach. Absolutely wonderful. We were treated like queens!!!

Proximity to beach Rooms are very near the main road. Passing loud, and revving motorcycles disturb one’s slumber. Slamming of service doors is common at all hours of the early morning and late night. Everything service oriented is on carts with hard wheels that clatter across the paving stone surfaces of the hotel. All should be switched to rubber or pneumatics. Wait staff is personable, but easily overwhelmed during the busy holiday weeks. Forgetfulness is endemic in their execution of the simplest requests. Beach service is hit or miss. Unlike other properties; guests have no priority to reserve beach huts( Palapas), If you don’t get up and stake a claim with your hotel beach towels before 6:30 am ( in the dark) you’re out of luck..Eating options nearby are few; other than the hotels restaurant. There is a massive Supermarket within a seven minute walk, and most rooms have fairly well equipped kitchens, and an excellent coffee maker. My unit had a two burner cook top, standard toaster, and blender, but no oven.

Location Water pressure was extremely low when talking a shower.

Housekeeping could have done a better job on doing room.
