Hampton Inn & Suites Hartford/East Hartford

They are working hard to update the entire facility and the room looked great. Updated Modern and clean. The breakfast was great Nothing

The entire place is under construction. We booked this so we could use the pool but was not able to because it was closed for repairs. Room had bugs crawling on the floor. Horrible

This particular Hilton is under construction, probably for a couple more months. I wish we had known that before we booked our room it might be beautiful in the future.

We had a good stay at the hotel. There’s plenty of parking, and the location is convenient—close to Founders Bridge and downtown West Hartford. The hotel is currently going through some renovations, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple and basic. The front desk staff were okay, though not the friendliest. Overall, it was a good stay.

Would be good to change the variety for breakfast. It cant ve the same eggs every single day. Also the variety of fruits can be a bit more.

Newly renovated! Our room was fresh and clean. They included a lot of outlets. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly, ample parking, and in addition to the breakfast buffet they provided to go breakfast bags. Nothing

Sort of off the beaten path-East Hartford- but clean and comfortable It wasn’t as close to our destination as we thought.

This location was in the middle of doing renovations but had signs posted and everyone working was nice. Only issue was we didn't have hot water in the evenings, it worked in the mornings but only after the water was running for about 15-20 mins.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and what you would expect from a Hampton Inn property. Our TV wasnt working when we arrived but maintenance had it fixed immediately. Breakfast was good. Easy access to downtown Hartford. Would stay again.

Hotel is being renovated and is almost done. What I saw of the renovated areas was very positive. Our room had been renovated and it was very nice.

This hotel was recently revamped. It was clean and well maintained. Our room was far more spacious than I’d expected. Staff at checkin was not super friendly but courteous and efficient. Breakfast was great—got to make those waffles, plenty of other foods too. Something for everyone. Cleaners were very kind and happily helped my grandson look for his misplaced earbuds. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was good, but property is being remodeled. I would like to known that before I booked my stay.

Great hotel and staff. Breakfast was good. I only have one complaint: the pillows are terrible. No shape to them, very flat, took 3 pillows to equal the one pillow I usually sleep with.
