Great experience

The rest of the property was unremarkable but I expected better upkeep from this brand.

All were great.

Nice place did the job

I would say, the toilets are really low. If you have knee issues, ask for a room with high toilets. The staff was able to help.

Pool was closed. Breakfast was great!

We received prompt service, the property was really clean and the room was very clean and comfortable. The sink in the bathroom did drain slow but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

I liked the location to MSU and the beds were comfortable! Everything went smoothly.

Room was clean, but bathroom could use more attention. Dirty washcloth fell from shower curtain when I closed it. Hair on toilet as well. Overall, good stay. Staff was very nice!!!

But the breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Money needs to be spent updating and cleaning

The room accommodations were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, and my stay was enjoyable overall. The only downside was that I wasn't able to eat breakfast because the breakfast area didn't open until 7:00 a.m., which was later than my schedule allowed. Other than that, I had a great experience and would stay here again.

Pool was out of commission

(It turns out that many different guests have been uploading photos and videos on online platforms and social media to criticize the hotel for poor hygiene, pest infestations, and harming tourists.) and the hotel's equipment is outdated and dilapidated. Also, the hotel management is extremely poor and unsatisfactory, treating hotel guests very badly.

Very clean hotel; staff were professional and helpful!

They never returned my ID and when I asked about it, they said they couldn't find it.. they also charged me twice

Convenient location, phenomenal staff, quiet and comfortable, delicious breakfast and chocolate cookies in the afternoon! I also love the whiteboard at the entrance with the hand-drawn map of local restaurants done by the staff. It is very friendly, creative and extremely welcoming!

Overall disappointing stay.

The pool wasn't working

N/A Could barely sleep due to people in the lobby up partying until 1 AM. Was abruptly woken up at 6:30-7am by people doing some sort of yoga and BLASTING music in the lobby in front of the check in desk? Like wtf? I was in town for a work meeting and was barely able to sleep. Absolutely terrible. Will never return to this location again. Ever. Period.
