Hyatt Place Lansing - East

Breakfast could be improved, decided not to have anything.

It was an nice place to stay and close to many amenities.

However, it I would still stay at this hotel again.

Staff were excellent. Accommodations exceeded expectations. Breakfast food selection could use improvement. Great place to stay overall.

Wonderful!!!

The quietness of rooms. And the convenience of the restaurant to choose from in the surrounding area. The refrigerator in our room was leaking water, and the bedding blanket the feathers was coming out of It. And was not comfortable at all to sleep in. Breakfast was terrible, too much grease in the bacon, and watery eggs. And also I was charged for the water bottles in my room, it being my first time staying at this hotel,I thought that it was a complements to room I did not know until I seen a $12 feet pending on my card.

Extremely poor check in and check out experience

The parking garage/elevator had alittle trash. (I assumed staff hadn't gotten around to that) But everything was great!

Staff behavior was rude and very bad.

This was a clean, new, property in great condition. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

My room was on the top floor near the exit door. I could hear people late at night using the stairs and letting the exit door slam shut, which jolted me awake. Didn't partake of the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Ridiculous they charge $10/night to park in their own lot!
