The property itself is fairly new (I believe a couple of years) beautiful and it is set just enough away and in the perfect neighborhood from the noise of the city but within 2 minutes of two different freeways, a giant outlet-ish mall, Meijer, Kroger and any restaurant you could think of. The grounds are surrounded by woods that provide a noise blocking and gorgeous view/feel. The room is gorgeous, clean and has enormous space. The kitchenette is the real deal-no mini fridge etc-with a full size refrigerator, deep kitchen sink with nozzle extension, a smooth top 2 burner stovetop, a large microwave and a very large tv that has a ton of channels-including HBO-and allows to switch HDMI to hook up an Apple TV or Roku, video games etc. The internet gets its own category because it is better than most homes in terms of consistent connection, no dead spots and upload speeds rivaling mine at home. The in-building laundry room is right off of the elevator and a full load (not a mini washer or dryer like some places) is $3. You pay and activate with an app on your phone and it has alerts telling you when it is done, how many minutes etc. I rarely write these but this deserved it. Kudos!

I was very in and out, only staying one night. Didn't love the major dust bunnies under the desk right across from the bed, but other than that everything was very clean. I actually thought the bed was super comfortable and I slept the best I ever have in a hotel.. which is rare.

Nice ,spacious, and clean space. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower curtain, too old and doesn’t look very clean.

We were not provided with any pillows or soap for the bathrooms and when we ask the staff to give us more pillows, they said that they couldn’t. The entire building smelled really bad and there was broken windows with glass out in the open 0/10 would never come here again.

The only reason we booked was because the price was significantly cheaper than other area hotels in the area. My family only needed a place to relax/sleep/shower for about 10 hrs. The room smelt horrible! I cant even begin to say what it was other than maybe a mixture of BO and weed. The hallway was better BUT still smelled like old smoke and weed. Our shower and sink had hair clipping all over it so it was not cleaned appropriately. I had to try to wash out the shower before allowing my family to use it. And each bed only had 2 pillows!!! Seems like they should provide at least 4 - 2 per person.

My bigger concern was a water leak in one of our rooms (Room 120). It appeared to be an ongoing issue rather than something that had just occurred. When I reported a puddle of water outside our door, the front desk staff responded by mopping it up, but this only left the floor more slippery. The following day, I spoke with another staff member who informed me that they were already aware of the leak. That was disappointing to hear, as the room was still being rented despite the known issue. Additionally, there was visible water damage on the wall near an electrical panel, which raised safety concerns for me. Overall, while the cleanliness issues were frustrating, the decision to rent a room with a known water leak was the most concerning part of our stay.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and had every appliance needed to make my stay comfortable. I really recommend it.

We needed a two day stay on short notice. The fact that we also needed a place that would take cats complicated things. The staff were super helpful and they had no problem accomadating us on short notice. If you're looking for something high end, this isn't the place, but if you want something dependable at a decent price this is a good choice for you.
