It was very good to stay at Osner Hotel. The cleanliness, friendly staff Our room for 3 was perfect Cleanliness ? Everything was in order . I ddnt see anything wrong .

The sea view and location of the hotel. The room is so spacious and very comfortable for a family. The guy who was at the reception was kind and helpful. The first room we got the bed side lamps were not working, and we needed them as we have a baby. They moved us to another room. The cockroaches started coming out, and we reported this, they first suggested giving us DOOM to spray in the room. Which we declined, because you cannot spray a chemical and remain in the room. They moved us to another room, this room's carpet was full of stains, and also had cockroaches. We decided that we were not going to complain anymore and just stay as this was now around 11pm.

Osner is good but can they please remove the rusty areas at the entrance front revolving door

The housekeeper woke us up at 9:00 though check out time it's 10am

The comfort The service Check in service by a guy And gave us the card with scratch no and gave us the wrong door number and struggled until going back to him and he lied said he gave us the correct door number

The friendly staff. The bed needs a new mattress (the one closest to the Window that looks into the ocean. There needs to be a pedestrian access considered so that guests can let themselves in and out should thay want to walk around the promenade.

The location is good and staff friendly and welcoming. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The kettle disgusting and broken. I could not even have coffee because it was not clean for use at all.
