Fantastic view, safe parking Very noisy after hours, late night renovations on upper floors.

The rooms are very spacious, love the fact that all the rooms have a sea view. More plugs are needed in each room for charging phones etc..

The location is great as it is right by the beachfront, also close to a Virgin Active. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. 1. There was no fridge in the room. 2. There's no room service offering at all. 3.The location can be a disadvantage during the day as there's a lot of taxis parked around the area (transporting people from areas outside town for a day at the beach) so, they hang around there the whole day. There is also a Steers and a small shop downstairs - crowd pullers which make the area in front of the hotel super busy over weekends.

Unfortunately I didn't have breakfast but next time I definitely would and also book for a longer stay. As much as this might be a long shot but maybe an upgrade with a balcony could be an option towards the hotel, I really would've loved to have stood on a balcony and look at the beautiful view that the hotel has ahead of it.

As usual, nice clean room, aircon good and very clean, Rooms are all a nice size as well, My gripe wherever I stay, no 2 pin plug by the bed, you are not alone in this, only 2 weeks ago I had the same problem. The general noise from the seafront was also a bit annoying but know that you cannot change that. Despite this, its still where I will always book when in East London

No idea. The parking area needs attention. Please do not be too economical with the coffee and tea sachets in the rooms. A plug socket in the bed area will make the stay less stressful.

The location is good right at the doorstep of the sea Insects in the rooms when you switch of the lights the must fumigate the rooms please a d clean the carpets they are so dirty in the rooms. Also during our stay the was no buffet breakfast it was done per request everything we wanted to eat was finished or not available for example we wanted corn flakes one got and we were told they are finished ,we then asked for rice krispies also those were finished the coffee machine had black coffee no milk in it also it was finished . And also breakfast they didn't have plain yogurt only one flavor yogurt available granadila only also fruit salad had canned peach I wasn't impressed at all with the food breakfast
