Adele Apartments at Tribeca

Actually I did not like anything about this accomodation excpet the location. Let me start with very difficult and exxhausting access to reach to reception. No reception staff was around, first called them and had to wait 4 minutes on hole till they answer then they sent me the cleaner after more 5 minutes. They asked me for pre-check upload of my driver licence which was the first time any accomodation facility asking for something like this. Then I had multiple access keys that look the same and I was really confused to use them as they have the same colour. Car parking was partially filled with bags. The parking on going out and getting in needs to park outside and then drop or take the key which was another difficulty. I called staff at the reception when I missed the way from parking lot to the apartment then they were not of any help and when the line was interrruted inside the building they called me once when I could not answer the phone because carrying too many stuff, they never tried to call again to check on me, even knowing that I am frustrated when I firstly contacted them. I found a cockroach inside the apartment, found the fridge not connected to electricity and had to move it from its built in spot to turn it on. I had 2 videos that I could not attach as booking only accepts images and not videos, however I am keeping them if needed by booking webiste, these 2 videos about the cockroach that was found and the unpluged fridge

Super easy and quick check in Nil

Location was great with a very nice exclusive little bar across the lane way. Short tram to CBD. Room was clean and decent. Roomy, on high level with balcone looking over city. Very warm in winter with two heaters. Late check out options (1pm). They were very flexible. Check in process required phone, no one in the office. My phone is a little old so was difficult but staff on phone helped a bit.

The owner also provided us with the 4 singles as requested. Which was great. There were no keys available on arrival. We used the lock box numbers however the keys were not issued. I called the number provided however it took nearly an hour to get through to the property manager to help us get a key to get into the apartment. We were also a bit disappointed that the images didn't match the unit. The one we had was quite small compared to the one in the booking information.

No Food package and the facilities were a little squashy. The location was central to what we were in Melbourne for even though it was hard to locate originally.

Location convenient-walking distance from a lot of hospitals and into town. We were on the 10th floor and had a great view of the sunsets. Gym was reasonably well equipped with running machine, elliptical stair and cycles, but poor selection of hand weights. Generally very poorly maintained, every piece of furniture and every wall was damaged, even a hole in the tiled wall in the bathroom. Windows don't seal properly. Blinds frayed and only on some windows. It was not particularly clean with grime over tiles in bathroom and pool. There was no information about local restaurants or anything to make a stay more pleasant. Had to ask for extra towels to use in the gym, had to ask re return key procedure. Tea bags,coffee bags and small milk portions were the only luxury. Kitchen utensils minimal, not even salad bowl or salt and pepper.

Parking was secure. Having a balcony was superb. The couch cushion slid when you sat on it The pool was on the roof of another building Room was not sound proof as suggested Recived the access message about 30min before check in

There was no pool, and the sheets had burn marks in them, with the door not closing properly to one bedroom and the handle falling off on the next bedroom door. Overall, the cleanliness wasnt the best

The curtain had too big a gap in between joins so the rooms were quite bright within them once all the lights were off & time for bed. Took a long time to find location of first building where we picked up keys. Not easy to work out location to room from key lock box, had to ask someone for help.

The dining room chairs were very uncomfortable. It looked like they were meant for an outdoor setting. It made doing craft with my grand kids uncomfortable. The shower was weird: it took forever for the hot water to arrive, one of the taps had a piece missing making it very hard to turn the shower off and the shower head sprayed everywhere. Could use some maintenance

Fantastic apartment with good amenities. Small supermarket downstairs and well serviced tram-line out front made this an easy place to stay. Also a short walk to the bottom of Smith street. Not many issues at all.

Location was great for us Access was difficult at first but once we learnt how to do it worked ok.

Location, security, parking and clean. Good service by staff- checking in etc... An extra blanket would have been handy, but otherwise everything was excellent.

They didn't provide parking we need to pay extra for parking.
