Staff was a bit rigid.

For that price, you get unfriendly staff, dirty bed linen, mediocre room conditions, and no air conditioning. They didn’t let me sleep until 3 a.m. — some kind of party was going on.

Great location - close to shops and eateries and public transport, CBD very close. Room is clean and bed was comfortable.

This place is in terrible condition, it smells, and it’s not worth the price. Do yourself a favor: increase your budget by just a couple of hundred dollars and look elsewhere.

The property manager (Patrick) is always there to help and assist and works very hard to make sure everyone makes the most out of their stay here. The value for money is incredible and I highly recommended a stay here!

Honestly, it's hard to say anything good — sure, it was kinda cheap and the location wasn’t awful, but next time I’d seriously rather sleep under a bridge. It was an absolute nightmare! The building itself was a total dump – filthy, stinky, falling apart, and insanely loud! But hands down, the worst part was the staff. From the second I walked in, they were straight-up rude and couldn’t care less. Zero manners, zero friendliness. If you have any sense, stay far away from this place. And a little tip for the owner: fire your manager, Patrick – the guy’s a total joke. What a disgrace!

it was actually pretty decent for a $70+ stay. The only factor was the location, it was quite a walk from tram stop. But overall, it was clean and I slept very much comfortably.
