Embassy Suites Syracuse

Amazing hotel! Quick and easy check in. Two free drinks for happy hour and a nice food spread all included. Breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel.

Friendly staffs. Good hot breakfast. Spacious room. Clean. Nice bedding and furnitures. Nice lobby.

Common areas of the hotel were clean. Bathtub needs resurfacing. The door of the room I stayed in had a piece of tape instead of a saddle. which made closing the door more difficult but not impossible. Toilet paper roll on dispenser had less than 1/4 left when we arrived. No extra rolls of toilet paper in room. Had to go to the front desk to get one. Ample free parking. Quiet hotel. Breakfast was good especially the fresh made omelets.

My fav place to stay when coming to the university.

The manager's evening reception had food that tasted old, including the chips, trail mix, and crackers. I stayed two nights, and my room was not cleaned during that time. I don't know if I needed to let someone know that I needed my room cleaned with fresh towels, but this was disappointing. I will not stay at this Embassy Suite again when I return to Syracuse, maybe another, more recently built one. But I do not recommend this hotel.

The omlettes, comfortable bed, fridge & microwave. Pork sausage and the 2 empty beer cans left in our room by the previous guests. Cleaning staff did not do a good job. We didn't check in until after 9pm, so were disappointed that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

We missed happy hour by a few minutes

I had a great day. It was so nice experience my cousins and I booked a room for the night. We went to a concert at the JMB Dome. The location was close to the venue and downtown Syracuse, but also not too close. I appreciate the parking space, the smooth check-in process and I even woke up on time.
