Arrived at the hotel. There were people outside that looked like they were on drugs in the parking lot. As I approached the front of the hotel. I realized that the screens were slashed. Some completely slashed from one side to the other. Once I entered the front and I rang the bell, I took like 20mins for the attendant to come to front desk from the room behind the desk. The attendant had a pleasant attitude. Once I recieved my key. I went to the room & saw stains on the bedding. Both comforter and sheets. The washcloths and towels in the bathroom was dirty and the room had a bad smell. I walked out the room to head to my vehicle and saw a man dressed like a woman knocking at a door in what seemed to appear as he was trying to purchase drugs or something from the person in the room. I then went to the front desk and returned the room key to the attendant. I mentioned that I would not be staying due to conditions of the hotel. He then told me to contact Expedia for a refund. I contacted Expedia & then was told that they had to contact the hotel manager before issuing a refund. It is 7 days later I have not received a refund or any other information about the refund or apologies for my experience. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with booking a hotel along with the standards of the hotel. It was completely unacceptable.

Comfort. Friendly staff. Quiet. Hotel. Clean rooms. Beds are comfortable Not a thing

The property also felt poorly maintained and unsecured. There were multiple entrances that appeared to allow anyone to simply walk in, and the front desk was frequently unattended. I also witnessed activity that appeared to be possible drug deals, which made the lack of security even more concerning. To top it all off, there was an awful smell throughout the property. Overall, the condition, cleanliness, security, and apparent lack of management made this a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a good spot for a quick stay if your not picky about the over all look of everything. There were a lot of little things that could use a quick tune up! No stopper for the tub or sink. The bathroom door didn't close. The floor was coming apart between the bathroom and living area. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The air conditioner was leaking, woke up to a puddle on the floor. The other times I've stayed there the rooms were not bad. But not totally horrible but alright for the price.

No breakfast at all. Bathroom door is falling off its hinges enough that it dragged on the floor. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

easy parking, fairly quiet area but the motel itself is dated and could use some updates. You get what you pay for .

We were in the second d floor and the place didn’t have a lift. We had asked for a first floor room prior to arrival as I have my elderly mother traveling with me. The corridors and stairwells smelled of smoke and marijuana. The room itself was a decent size, but there were many flaws. There were cigarette burns over the duvet, there was no smoke detector, some of the light/lamps had no bulbs in, and the curtain rail was hanging off its fixture. The bathroom was the worst though. The shower was over a bath. When I attempted to use it, the bath was so caked in grease I slipped immediately and fell. I suspect the reason for this is, the water was not draining properly and so all the soap and shampoo etc was just left to sit on the bath floor and hasn’t been properly cleaned for a period if time. I have never experienced a slipper bath like that before. It was lethal. If that had been my elderly mother, things could have been much worse. The amenities listed included tea and coffee in shared areas, but this simply didn’t exist. The carpark around it was littered with empty beer cans/bottles and when we went to check out there was a lady holding her arm and crying. She was being followed by a man. It looked like they were both drunk and just added to picture of the neighbourhood. When I discussed all this with the reception staff, he said I would get a refund. I did get that. But it was $4.65 USD refund from the total amount.
