Didn't stay left at 2 in the morning The bathroom door was broken the sheets and pillow cases were yellow ish not a clean room very disappointed

This place should not even be open for business. Shame on Expedia for even allowing it on their site! If it wasn’t so late I would have gone somewhere else. The place is in complete disrepair, they do claim to be “under renovation” but I highly doubt it, it’s more like a demo project. The floors are soft in places and I kept praying we wouldn’t fall through. The smoke detector was missing, the door to the room had a considerable gap even when closed. The sheets didn’t look or feel clean. The mattress was stained, thankfully no bed bugs. The bathroom door had mold growing on it. The shower/ was way higher than the floor and the base was soft and unstable. Bare minimum, gross towels, no tissues, no hairdryer and no coffee maker in the room or in the lobby which they did say they offered. No attendant at the desk when we checked out. We were told the night before to just leave the key cards on the counter. And the non smoking room WREAKED of smoke. I went back to the desk to complain but the attendant had left for the night. Could not wait to leave! I would like Expedia to follow up with this, major health and safety violations!

The room was clean and felt safe. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Avoid at all costs. So filthy and not cleaned or maintained.

Hotel under reconstruction

Hotel smelled like a fun mix of a vets office and Woodstock, everything in the room was stained. Hair was stuck to all of the towels and wash clothes, the bedding and chairs were stained, sprinkler system had a bag over it. Would not recommend to anyone. Place had “under construction” signs up but it was clear nothing was getting fixed.

The property was worth the price.

Parking was adequate, check in was easy and the attendant was friendly and accomodationg. This is another example of an hotel, of which ther were several in the neighborhood, that were new 20-30 years ago, and were "starship, first fleet" then and now are in there second or third reiteration/reincarnation with sloppy paint jobs and band aid cosmetic repairs. That being said, it served the purpose of a one nite solo stay. The bed was comfortable. The TV did not work. I mentioned it to the attendant as I checked out and he apologized for that. I am confident that he would have rectified the situation, if I had pointed that out to him sooner. Given the price and convenience, I would not complain. It is what it is.

Laundry is convenient

A very low cost budget option. It was a place to sleep before early morning flight and nothing more.

Staff was able to check me in early. Free Wifi The water in the shower was hot/comfortable The facilities were poor. The light fixtures in the room flickered. The overall facility and room had an unpleasant order. The front desk staff was rarely present. I couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat/fan. Since this was the cheapest rate for the area I should not have expected much.

Went there first room they gave me keys for the room was trashed went back got new key cards for another room got up there checked the beds (I always check for bed bugs at hotels etc) and one bed looked like someone was murdered on it.it appeared to have blood stains on the whole bed , the other bed had literal garbage between the box spring and mattress and there were crumbs and dirt. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable

It was a really rough and gross property. It does represent Syracuse well. Only positive is that it was only 66$.

The room was dirty and funky

Stay was what we needed

Room size was adequate, not enough towels, no coffee, hallway rugs not vacuumed, no deadbolt on door, no Kleenex In room or bathroom, bathroom wall and doorway wall had hand punch holes.
