Great everything but wish the breakfast was a bit better.

Saying they have no rooms even with a paid reservation. Hotel front desk very rude, didn’t care at all told me it’s not his problem, to make a refund claim with expedia. Hotel over booked and lied to expedia refund claims Saying they were never over booked and I never showed up. Left me in their parking lot without a room for the night. They are shady Crooks

This is an old property that is not maintained. Many of the rooms are being renovated, and are not used. I had to ask to be put in a recently-upgraded room, which was bare bones. It had basic amenities, and beds were comfortable, but even the renovated room was not in good shape. In cancelled a future reservation at that hotel.

Its a very bad maintenance facility, floor and even walls full of stains, this hotel should be considered less than 1 star. Place where you want to leave quickly

The front panel of the bathroom sink was on the bathroom floor (the wood glue didn’t hold), and one of the ceiling lights didn’t work. There was hair on the dish towel. Many cupboard had jagged edges. The carpet smelled.

Good service thought better explaining

Rooms were subpar, had a damp smell, nothing in rooms (coffee pot, Hair dyer, Iron etc) no blankets only sheets, I've stayed at many hotels across America, and this was the only one I regretted staying at. Never again, health department should visit this place

Arrived at 10PM. Reservation was cancelled and room was sold. No help finding another location.

I stayed there 3 months ago and still am waiting for return of my $100 deposit.

Location. This stay was absolutely terrible, worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I will not be coming back. I would also like to request a refund for my troubles. Door wouldn't lock properly No shower curtain Desk chair was completely torn up Giant AC unit on a cart was in the middle of the floor when I arrived to the room, I had to push it out of the way to the side against the wall. Floors were dirty and not vacuumed or cleaned up Bed blanket (top one) had a black smudge stain on the end of it Thin blankets and sheets - were not warm at all Shower head was unstable and not properly secure in the wall, and made a loud whining noise

Umm.. where to begin

When we arrived there was a pile of mattresses out back along with chairs and other furniture. Inside the hotel it had several large holes in the walls and smelled of pot. After checking we looked though the room and found bed bugs.... We immediately left. The front desk was nice about it all and said a refund would be issued immediately. We've been fighting for over a week now to get the refund issued. This was poorly represented by booth the hotel itself and booking.com. We just want our funds back so we can move on and forget the whole experience.

They did not keep reservation and did not notify.

Glad you asked. Breakfast was advertised and was critical for my choice but for all the days we were there, not one did they have breakfast. Not even coffee. The smell of cigarettes. The cockroaches in the room. The fact that when I went downstairs to borrow a pen, it took them 5 minutes to actually find one. Not once did they ask about cleaning our room.

smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. understaffed. people outside the front door smoking weed. felt unsafe.

Arrived at hotel. There were a number of people standyoutside. Hotel had a sign in window no rooms available. Made the reservation a while ago. Front desk would not talk to me. My money was taken through hotels.com and no one is answering the phone to get my money back.
