Grate hotel!

You are understaffed for breakfast. We had to wait for coffee, wait for refill on food, wait for milk, wait for bagels. Suggestion to set out much more, fill it all up and have a reserve ready for faster change outs. I had to ask someone to wipe down our tables to eat on clean tables. The air conditioning vents along the windows where we ate breakfast had water dripping down on us while we ate breakfast.

I will tell you, there was a blond lady hustling her bum off to keep reception and the breakfast going well and she knocked it out of the park (definitely deserves a bonus$). At check in there would have been a circus next to my room and they changed it, no questions asked, no making me feel bad. Like magic, all was well. I was incredibly grateful after a long drive. Area is safe and seems to be business-park-ish.

Great breakfast bar, comfortable and clean room and awesome customer service

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and very reasonable. The only odd thing was there was no soap. I guess you just use body wash from the shower as hand soap?

We had a late check-in, so that may have caused her to neglect to tell us that the rooms were not cleaned unless requested. On the 3rd day, I stopped by the desk and was told that we had to request cleaning. I asked to be put on the scheule for every other day. In the 10-day
