The room was quite cold and heating didn't work. There was an electrical heater in the bathroom though, which we gladly used. What we really didn't like was the bathtub though, we're not fans of taking a shower while crouched/sitting in the tub. It was ok for the one night, but would have annoyed us if we'd stayed longer.

Great location. Wonderful breakfast Free parking means you are free to park on the street wherever you can find a spot. Room was small and a little dingy but the bed was comfortable

Enjoyed the good selection at breakfast No drawers in our bedroom and too small for a chair. Would have liked a TV in the lounge and for owner(s) to say hello.

Breakfast was a real shock as i was expecting just a few cold options and it turned out to be an 'everything you could possibly want' breakfast !! Massively impressive. My room although I was not expecting too much for a single occupancy was okay although the next room with the window open was a little noisy and the shower was a challenge for a 'tallish' person !!

Breakfast was really good, nice variety and pleasantly surprised that there was a cooked option on the buffet. The staff were really helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thought it was a little bit expensive for a guest house but it was Easter Saturday and must be the going rate in the area?

Manager are so friendly and helpful when she was showed to me around a room. Good choice of various breakfast.
