Bed uncomfortable, needs new mattresses or maybe mattress toppers. Toilet seat was loose fitting and not the right shape for the pan. Toilet roll holder was broken. Shower tray was slippery so could have done with a bath mat.

Location was excellent, staff friendly Bathroom 310 was exceptionally tiny and the toilet stank of urine. Being told I had parked correctly with my permit and then receiving 2 parking tickets!

How close to the theatre This was my second stay at this hotel. No one available for check-in and other people waiting to check out. The breakfast had uncooked sausages so not a great experience this time.

On sea front very clean,hearty breakfast staff were excellent It was a standard room,but view was terrible,so if you stay we recommend a sea view and book months ahead for airshow

Very comfortable single room, with everything I needed for a 2 night break. Friendly staff. Both room, reception, stairwell clean and well presented. Shower temperature a bit temperamental but managed to figure it out eventually!

The location is superb, beach is nice and the stuff is very helpful and thoughtful (Winston, thank you!). The breakfast room was nice. There was plenty of parking around even despite some road closures, and hotel sells you very cheap permits. The room is super tiny (tripple, or family room), there was literally no place to put the suitcases or if you do, you can't open the door. The room was accessible passing through the bar, which was not the best thing with the child in the evenings (nothing that bad, but it was noisy and smelled like beer). The breakfast had way to little options that included vegetables, and you had to wait for a really long time.

Great location. Nicely renovated. Very clean and super friendly staff. I can’t fault the hotel. I would stay again.
