overall it was a lovely room, did what we needed it to do. Bathroom was in good condition and clean tv had no channels so unfortunately watched something on my phone instead. there was a fan in the room but think it could do with something abit bigger either a bigger fan or aircon.

Staff cleaning were great despite a few errors in communication we had everything was worked out qell and very friendly I got confused with remote entry etc Manager on phone couldn't be any more helpful especially moving to room differant second night as booked seperate was able to move in seamlessly from one to other by 1030 Very hard ro use stairs lift states not working but cleaners were using it so why can't guests Didn't help my heart but giving still 10 stars

I give 10 points for staff for empathy. I have trouble walking, because of me. I was given a room on the ground floor, for which I am really very grateful? The room wasn't great, but it was downstairs. "Two at no extra We should be more careful about cleanliness. In the rooms.

Location only Very disappointing stay No one was available to report issues to. On arrival I noticed ants around the balcony area and in top of the sink and desk, so I moved my belongings. During the night I became itchy and at 6:30am found blood on the bed and saw small bedbugs in the mattress and linen. I killed one that was full of blood and saw another crawling.I had a shower and left immediately and even left my pyjamas behind as a precaution. Other issues included no TV signal, a loose tap, dusty public areas, and out-of-service toilets in public area. Completely unacceptable for a hotel, especially with no staff available to respond. I would not recommend staying here.
