Woodspring Suites Easton Nazareth

Everything was good. When I called a few weeks ahead of my reservation I had asked for conjoining rooms and a top floor. This was a bridal party staying night before wedding. The lady put in the notes and thought we were good to go. When we got there we were all beat from preparing the hall for my sons wedding. Go to check in and they had our rooms next to each other but not top floor. The people on the floor above us where moving stuff around and banging all night. None of us slept and didnt return sat night after the wedding for that fact. I called and explained what had happened and the girl on the phone just said ok, ill check you out and hung up.

Showed up and the said my card wasn’t activated for a reservation. Asked them to run it while I’m standing there and lo and behold. Worked fine as usual.

Our stay was very good. Facility clean, and friendly staff. Excellent location.

This place was fine. Saw alot of worker type people staying here I would say because they have a kitchen and hot plate but no cooking pans. Bring your own. The room was HUGE. There was a fast food place and a big gas station right by the hotel

Everything worked as it should. Staff was helpful, lots of parking and rooms clean.

One of the best hotels to stay in the area.

The hotel is in a good, peaceful location, with several stores just a short drive away. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean room, smelled off tho. Hallways smelled like smoke. Area was good. Staff was friendly. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room is bare necessities. No hand soap, toiletries, nothing like that.

Desk clerk was very sweet and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Parking was great. Only thing missing was a breakfast. Would recommend this place to others who are looking for a quiet place to stay. Near Rt 33 South which next exit was all kind of eating places & shopping places.

Clean room. Quiet. Air conditioning was great. You didn’t hear it turn on and off in the night. Good location.

No ice machine (that I could see) no pool.

We arrived at the hotel and the check in process was very quick and easy and the gentleman who helped us was polite. We got into the room, the room was clean, kitchen area and bathroom were neat and clean. Until my husband needed to wash his hands and there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room. I tried to call the front desk and it was just a busy signal, then I tried Housekeeping and it was another busy signal. I went back downstairs and waited in line to request the items. At the time I did not notice there were no towels in the room. I sent my husband back downstairs and he was able to come back up with them. My husband spoke to the front desk and it was a female this time and when he asked why there was nothing in the room she gave a snarky response- it's an extended stay...I'm not sure what that was supposed to do with anything, but certainly not a response we wanted to hear. The bed was comfortable, but incredibly squeaky. I was expecting a coffee pot in the room so in the morning I can grab a cup before I checked out, NONE. The entire kitchen was empty-no pots, pans, coffee pot, plates, silverware....NOTHING. Also, no Iron, Ironing Board or hair dryer. I definitely feel like there should be an email or something letting people know when they book there that even though it's a "suite" room that none of the normal amenities that are even in the crappiest of places were not included here.

Room spotless. True to information on website absolutely no cooking or eating utensils. So if you bring your own everything is perfect. Our air kicked off around 4 am for a couple hours. It got pretty warm. I would stay at Easton/Tatamy site again.
