Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and delightful front desk service. Didn't try the breakfast but I heard great things about it from the folks I traveled with. Can't ask for much more for the price.

Great location! Needs updating. No working fan in the bathroom. Inefficient air conditioning which was hard to regulate. Lots of hallway and traffic noise. No elevator.

Nicely updated and clean The air conditioner, although seemingly working properly, blew cold air for approximately 15-20 seconds even when on the heat setting.The force of the air was strong and loud even when the fan was on a low setting. This went on all night every 15 minutes or so resulting in loss of sleep. We finally moved a chair in front of the air conditioner to diffuse the cold air.

Hotel has no elevator. If your handicap request 1st floor. Too many stairs for handicap.

The room was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Restaurant delivered so we could relax quietly in room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Air conditioner was a little loud. Bed was high and creaked when getting on and off.

Wanted a no smoking room which it supposedly was but when entering the room even though it said no smoking it smelled terribly like smoke with burn holes in the carpet.

Nice affordable stay for our family on our cross country Roadtrip. Facilities a little old but convenient location and good breakfast made up for it. Rooms and beds were clean. Most things that needed repair were cosmetic only.
