They didn't have a microwave in the room. The elevator would make loud noises going up and down. There wasn't a lot of parking. It was nice that is was super close to different stores though.

Sunny Patel handled our last-minute on-line request with ease. He greeted us on our arrival with an infectious smile and saw to every need. That we couldn't stay another day. It was a long drive from Portland, OR, to Indianapolis, IN.

Friendly staff, the property was quiet. I arrived earlier than expected and had a $25 early arrival fee.

The room was smoked cigarettes in it and the smell of old smoke hits hard when you enter the room.

Very poor lighting in room, 1 small light between beds, an one on the desk, ceiling light was very dim….even with blinds open room very dark…

Close to good shopping. Close to highway. Quiet. Room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was great and the staff kept everything hot and full. Could use updating. Charged premium price for 2star hotel.

Room had a heavy smoking smell even though it was a non-smoking room. Bathroom smelled urine and toilet was not cleaned well.

breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Target and Menards were within walking distance. tv did not work. had to have front desk get tv working. freezer section of refrigerator was froze up. toilet had dark stains.

My room had someones leftover meal in the refrigerator, a deteriorating bathroom tub, and poorly supplied breakfast refills.

Nice, clean and modern rooms. We enjoyed our one night stay. The accessible room had handles in all the right places.

The hotel location was idea for us. Plenty of retail and restaurants near by. We felt the hotel was clean. Only complaint was the backed up drains in our room which was 309. We let them know when we checked out.

it was ok, Eau Claire is a little town you can't be too far of anything. But because of the busy weekend price didn't match the quality of the hotel. breakfast was included. towels were cheap. and the room very noisy. the way the room was done was very careless

Location Requested a crib for our room and never got any notice if we could have that accommodation or not, when I tried to call and confirm the guy barley spoke English and kept asking if I wanted a roll away bed then said a crib would be in the room and when we checked in it wasn't even mentioned about it being on my account luckily I brought another option so my child could have a place to sleep. A/C didn't work very well at all. The bed was TERRIBLE so hard and uncomfortable, the floor would have probably been more comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast wasn't very good but could have been worse. Would not recommend.
